Kate Bishop     Kate is absolutely always willing to run new guests, heroes, recruits, and team members through the danger room. It's her jam when it comes to figuring out team tactics.

So the opportunity to see what the new guest that Cait has is up to, well she won't pass it by. She is sitting fully kitted out with all her Hawkeye gear on the control console waiting for people to show up.
Caitlin Fairchild "This is our training arena," Caitlin explains to Golden Eagle. The redhead palms the pad next to the doors to the Danger Room. "We use it to test out tactics and skills, sometimes hone abilities. We've destroyed and rebuilt it I'unno how many times, but it will stand up to even me and Kara going full tilt."

The redhead has traded her scrubs out for knee-length athletic shorts and a sports top with a modest fit that doesn't leave a lot of skin uncovered. Both are in green with purple piping, and look like they're made of some rugged material much sturdier than mere Lycra. Reinforcement on her shoulders, elbows and knees looks like it's meant to keep the fabric from tearing apart under heavy strain.

"Eagle, this is Hawkeye. Hawkeye, this is Golden Eagle," Caitlin says, making the introductions with a smile. "Hawkeye is, obviously, our resident master archer. She's a better shot than anyone else here."
Yaretzi Acama Golden Eagle had visited a few days ago, and showed back up to visit again, this time landing on the Tower's roof. Now, she's getting a chance to meet another member of the team *and* experience the team's 'danger room', as they've called it. She's all smiles and, very obviously, quite excited at the idea of all this.

"Kara...? You mean *Supergirl*?!", Golden Eagle replies after Caitlin's mentioned the name. She's like a inch away from fan-girling -- Supergirl is one of the big 'famous' names that people tend to act like that about, after all. She does calm down, mostly, when introduced to Hawkeye.

"Hawkeye... from the Avengers, Hawkeye?!", she questions, and this time she kinda loses it, verbalizing that fan-girlish squeal that was just barely not coming out, earlier. "You don't even have -powers- and you keep up with all of the others who do!", she says, clearly seeing that as a big, huge, massive 'deal'. "Awesome!", she adds... then, as if she just realized that she'd forgotten, extends her hand for a shake, her cheeks flushing red even past her skin tone. "Uhm.. sorry! I grew up in New York... it's really, *really* cool to meet you!"
Kate Bishop     "Well I mean... I am not the old guy Hawkeye and not an Avenger. Just a Titan and a Young Avenger." just. Like she said just. Shesh.

She does smile though and hops down from her seat as she walks across the room, giving Cait a quick hug before pivoting to extend a hand to Golden Eagle. "I grew up in New York too." as she shakes the extended hand. "Ol' guy saved my life during the Loki invasion thing, and I figured if he can do it I can do it." a smile. "Only I'm better than he is, which kills him I think." which isn't true, Clint is usually proud not injured by it. Well maybe injured by being called old.

"So, Golden Eagle, good costume, whats your schtick so I know what to make the room do?"
Yaretzi Acama Golden Eagle purses her lips a moment, glancing over to Caitlin and then back to Hawekeye. "Uhm... from what she told me, if you prep for Caitlin, should be okay -- but I also fly", she says. "I'm strong, and I know I'm bulletproof... quick reflexes and I can fly."
Kate Bishop     Kate looks her up and down. "Cait is a whole other level, no offense, but okay got it. Flight. Super Strength. Bulletproof. Reflexes." she pivots away from the hand shake and heads around to the console looking through her options as she does.

"So Eagle, have you fought villains, done rescues, all that. What have you been up to so far?" yeah she is trying to see how advanced she should be about all of this.

She starts to work some holographic controls on the station.
Yaretzi Acama "A few, yeah. Fought some lava-thing with Invincible, like last week... did some stuff with Spidey a couple of years back, back before I stepped back to focus on school so I'd graduate. Other than those things, mostly street-stuff, like muggers and stupid people with guns -- that kinda thing", Golden Eagle replies, following over behind Kate... and then furrowing her eyebrows and pouting a bit as she watches what's done. "That's a *really* advanced computer setup...!", she mutters.
Caitlin Fairchild "Yeah, there's--" Caitlin looks back over her shoulder, having wandered over to look at the console that Kate had been fiddling with. "I don't recommend anyone try the Level 10 stuff. That's really for people who can take a lot of punishment," she apologizes. "It's why there are a lot of safety lockouts past level 5, you can try the more complicated scenarios, but most of the team doesn't need to eat a bullet in training for the sake of realism. Even Donna and I don't use the top settings all that often, and you always should do it with a teammate."

"Anyway, Danger Room access is one of those perks that you earn over time, just because the risk of hurting yourself is so high."

Caitlin binds her hair back with a few quick motions, twisting it into a bun to stay out of her face. "Let's just start with the basics, we'll do some goons with guns doing a bank robbery. Good mix of concerns there, the guns won't hurt, we'll keep everything set on Safe Mode. We're more looking to see how you handle the situation rather than proving you can gut out big hits. We can always put some gloves on and go a few rounds in the ring if you really want to push yourself," she says with a flashing grin.
Kate Bishop     "I'm around a lot between patrols and classes and happy to put people through paces. Especially team drills. Most heroes are pretty solid solo.. but man do they lack experience in tactics." she keeps working the controls and then nods satisfied. "Very fancy computer. A lot of tinkers on the team."

She taps a command and then steps back fully the console vanishing and the entire danger room shifting to a wind swept hill. Blue sky. rolling green grass. A wooded forest in the distance. "Street stuff and muggers." she then glances at Caitlin. "Fine fine... no medevil fight." she makes a hand signal and the scene shifts one more time.

This time it is a street, New York actually, in Harlem specifically. Traffic. Pedestrians. A bank over across the way whose alarm starts to go off on the outside. I mean yes usually its a silent alarm in real life, but this is not entirely that right. There is a big dude in a black SUV idlng the engine half on the side walk with the front right tire waiting while the crew in the bank does their thing.

"Okay, show us what you got. Not even powered villainy this first run."
