Owner Pose
Barbara Gordon An untold number of hours after the rescue from the Semira Labs in Budapest, a gathering of individuals come together in the library of an old, wealthy looking home. A home that equally looks abandoned, well... by its original owners anyway. Drapes still cover furniture, the windows are covered by deep burgandy drapes, and the smell of dust is thick in the air. It is still night out, though only for a few more hours.

Michael and Selene had been upstairs. Michael was still recovering from the gunshot that Kraven inflicted upon him, but his new-found powers of both the Vampire strain and Lycan strain were creating an even more advanced healing than either would on their own.

Selene had needed to redress in new clothing, Michael had as well. Barbara, and Elektra had been shown to this spacious main room in the old home. Batgirl still wearing her armor, looked a bit out of place, but she remained in one corner of the room near to the windows, with a slit of light seeping in across her form. Her cape draping down her shoulders to mostly conceal her sides, though leaving a glimpse of the gold bat logo upon her armored chest.

Lucien and Raze were on-site as well, having stepped out to deal with 'business' while the others settled in.

Now, Selene and Michael were arriving to the room with Elektra and Batgirl, both clad in fresh clothing, Selene a dark sweater and Michael a long sleeved black shirt, both in blue jeans that they pulled from boxes upstairs.

Selene moves right to Elektra's side, wrapping her arms around the woman to give her a long awaited hug. She holds Elektra for several moments, before pulling back. "Thank you for coming." She tells Elektra, before she glances to the Batgirl, a soft expression on her pale face before she nods to the redhead. "Both of you..."

Michael moves toward a red hued sofa that he sits down on the edge of, one of his hands pushing back his long hair as he watches all three of the women a few paces away. "What now?" He finally asks in a quiet voice.
Elektra Natchios The search had finally come to a dramatic end at the Semira Labs. Though now more questions were cropping up about all that had happened. Tension was palpable in the air, a lot of it coming from Elektra as the assassin tended to her wounds with that practiced care of someone that had done this for a lifetime by now. Only person she could trust was herself after all. Or at least it had been so for a long while. Now? She wasn't so sure anymore.

Gaze goes to Batgirl as the two sit by on that large room, her own mask down and revealing those exotic features of the Greek woman, expression inscrutable, studying Babs, "What's next for you?" she then finally asks, breaking the silence.

Eventually Selene comes in, Elektra returning the hug, "You knew I would." she whispers back at the thanks, taking a moment to look at the other woman's face before stepping back.

Michael's question has her look his way, "That's a good question. What do you both want to do?" she asks of both Michael and Selene.
Barbara Gordon "I have to leave in the morning." Batgirl quietly says back to Elektra. "I hate to say it, but my time has always been limited to the set schedule."

Selene looks from Elektra, back to Batgirl, and then back to Michael. She stands in the middle of them all, which would make sense if one thought about it. "I'm in debt to you." She tells Batgirl, who is quick to shake her head.

"This was for Elektra." Babs replies, her voice not using her modulation system, but she is speaking at barely above a whisper level, which gives her a creepy factor since she's also standing in the deepest shadow in the room.

Selene nods to that before she turns to step over to the sofa to sit down upon it as well. She sighs softly. "I'm not sure what options I have yet..." She says distantly. "I need to... speak to my people, if any of them are left. Those in the Death Dealers that I know I can still trust."

Elektra would know those were all 'on ice' back in the Semira complex in Manhattan. Six Death Dealers who were Selene's dtop lieutenants, all inside of stasis pods in that old man's laboratory.
Elektra Natchios "We all have our duties." Elektra says in an understanding tone back to Batgirl. She knew Barbara's heart was in Gotham and it's people. As for Elektra? What other duties did she have? She wasn't disclosing any. When Barbara says she did it for Elektra there's a solemn nod out of the assassin, "I owe you." She tells Batgirl, "And I won't forget this." a promise to her lips, "You have proven yourself to be someone I can trust."

Attention shifts to Selene and Michael again as they speak of plans, Elektra folding her arms together, lips pressing thoughtfully, "Your people..." she shares a look with Barbara, "They are still imprisoned. Back in Manhattan. Those that were loyal to you were taken out from what we were able to uncover. Any that could help you or try to free you. It's why we had to look up other avenues." a beat, "Like Lucien. And also Eve."

Nothing like reminding Selene of her daughter. And most likely Michael's too.
Barbara Gordon This, of course, has Selene's attention. She stares over at Elektra, the thoughts mulling about inside of her mind before she raises her right hand up to stroke it through her black hair. "I... I'll have to do something about that." She softly notes mostly to the room as a whole.

Michael stares over at Selene on his right, a cushion's distance apart from one another. He leans forward and puts his forearms on his knees. "Let me know how I can help." He says in his smooth voice. "I'm ready to get in this fight.. I've lost... how many years now?" He asks, his eyes going from Selene to Elektra and Babs too. "I don't even know what year it is..." The man quietly says.

"2023." A female voice interjects, young and innocent in tone.

In the doorway from the hall, Eve is right there. Lucien at her side, and the towering form of Raze behind them. "It's 2023... and for 20 years I've waited to see my parents, and look at how things do finally come together..."

Selene stands up from the sofa, with Michael following shortly a moment after, both of them staring at their daughter who stands there dressed not all that unlike how Selene normally does, black leather mixed in with a deep brown leather in accents across her body. She steps in the room with the others moving with her.

"Listen." Lucien interjects, his piercing eyes looking at the 'loving family'. "AS touching as this is... we have an opportunity to strike at the heart of the Budapest Coven now, while they are fragmented and confused. We /must/ take it now."

Selene, her eyes just focused on Eve, tears them from her daughter to look at Lucien. "I am not prepared to just.. destroy everything I have fought to retain for centuries over centuries. Even in the wake of all of this."

Lucien eyes Selene with a predatory glare. "You wish to continue to be my enemy then, is that it?"

Michael raises his hands up between the two. "Woah, woah... lets just relax a bit. This is a mess, for all of us. We have to find a path through this, one that doesn't involve just murdering each other."

Batgirl just looms in the background, though Raze is creeping his way around the perimeter of the room while everyone speaks. He ends up standing a few paces from Barbara, and is openly eyeing her up and down, giving her a grin when she notices too, no less.
Elektra Natchios Speak of the devil...

Elektra casts a look over at the doorway where Eve and Lucien are at, a brief nod given Eve's way. They never really saw each other eye to eye but in this at least they can agree on. What they did was a good thing. Expression remains unchanged at the family reunion so many years after, the only physical reaction she has being a brief tuck of her hair behind a ear, "Ah, so that's your angle. Using them to destroy the vampires here." she smirks over at Lucien. It's a good angle honestly. One that Elektra would use if she was in his position most likely.

"But that's not my war anymore. Even in a way Lucien is right, Selene." Her eyes moving to rest on the elder vampire, "You won't be safe until you take care of Viktor."

There's just a brief glance over at Raze and Babs, "Keep those claws down."
Barbara Gordon Raze posts up a few steps away from Batgirl's right side, his eyes leaving her for now as he folds his hands together over his lap. The towering black man just watches the others squabbling in the room, as he is one to do by his very nature. He does seem to glare a big angrily whenever he puts his eyes on Selene, but they have quite a bit of history ... she has killed a lot of his people.

"It is the only measure to take in this moment." Lucien continues, his eyes looking from Natchios back to Selene. "You can still get straight to where Viktor rests. You can gain his attention, while we take the castle, and put this all to rest... once and for all."

Michael continues to seemingly 'guard' Selene from Lucien, while looking from one to the other.

Selene just takes a step back and folds her arms across her stomach, rumpling the thick material of that charcoal colored sweater she's wearing. She turns away from Even and Lucien, stepping back toward Elektra. She stands beside Elektra then, and looks over to her.

"I think I need your help." She says, pausing for a second before continuing. "Again..."
Elektra Natchios As the conversation continues Elektra observes, both lycans and their distaste for Selene, the way Michael protects Selene or even as Raze continues to hover closer to Batgirl. Still, her attention goes to Selene when the woman turns her way. "You will have it." she returns without hesitation.

"Have you decided then?" she questions. There are various paths open after all. Hunting Viktor, hunting the vampires here. Or even going somewhere they can't reach her. But then again is there a place in the world where the vampires can't reach someone if they really want to?

Somehow Elektra already seems to know what the answer will be. And killing is what she knows what to do.
Barbara Gordon Selene knew she'd be able to count on Elektra, even if she hated putting her in such situations. She gives a blance to 'the Bat' again, before she looks back to Elektra. "If I'm going to do the things that they desire me to do, I need my people. The ones I trust..." She says, her right hand coming up from her stomach to pinch at her bottom lip in thought for just a second. Her dark brown eyes scan the room again before she quietly says further. "Can you, and your caped friend here, find a way to free my Death Dealers from their containment? Most of the Semira Corporation is likely no longer based in that lab for the time being, the New World Coven itself is likely spread thin after the attack on Amelia, and now everything back here... Kraven has likely sent most of his forces back to Viktor's Castle, and if we're to siege it..." She trails off, her eyes going to Lucien, and Eve who stand together off beside the red sofa.

"I need my people to help cover this. They won't back destroying the Coven, but they will back my choices in how to move forward."

Lucien, of course, hears all of this and he has to softly shake his head. "If you introduce more elements of your kind, you introduce the greater risk of them stabbing you in the back when they realize what the goal here is."

"What?" Michael asks. "What exactly is the goal here?"

"The death of all of the Vampires of the Corvinus bloodline." Lucien answers in a smooth tone, which gets a small smirk on Eve's pale lips.

Selene just glances over her shoulder, before she looks back to Elektra. "If you can free them, back in Manhattan, and tell them where to find me... we can proceed to push toward Viktor."
