Jennifer Kale It was a pretty typical night for Jennifer. She got called in to work, danced, dealt with a lot of customers trying to skirt the 'no touching the girls' rules, made a decent amount of money (holidays are always weirdly busy). There *was* one patron that was being skeevy enough that he was escorted out by security earlier in the evening, but it wasn't bad enough for cops to be called, and Jennifer thought nothing of the incident.

It isn't until the night ends and she's on her way out of the club that she realizes that she should have given more attention and concern to the stalkerish behaviors of the man that was ousted.

Jennifer heads out from the club amidst a gaggle of other girls, chatting brightly abou the night, laughing over someone's anecdote as she peels off from the group, waving to the others. She can teleport home, but that means trying to get out of sight of the other girls so they don't learn about her magical nature.

Heading across the parking lot, she doesn't immediately notice the man that's been lurking around waiting for her until he steps out of the shadows at the edge of the lot. Her steps slow, then halt, and she's left staring at the man that was booted out earlier for 'drunken behavior'. She's in a cropped quilted coat over a simple t-shirt, paired with hiphugger jeans and some comfortable flats.

"Uh... hey. Look, yer not sposed to be here... need a cab, maybe? I think Tom's still jes' inside th' front door, could ask him t' get ya a ride.."

The man only sneers and starts for her, intent on 'claiming the prize' he was denied inside the club. It leaves her back-stepping quickly and shaking her head, "Look man, ya don't wanna do this.. I ain't tryin' t' hurt ya, but I ain't goin' with ya."
Cole Cash It would be lie to say Cole didn't watch the stage at times, but he was in the club for business matters relating guns and bombs. And yes, some of his customers are on the sleazy side, big surprise. No biggie, the place was actually better than most of the dive bars he goes to con people and play high-stakes poker games (where he will cheat better than the rest).

He noticed Jennifer, of course, everyone did.

No, he was not stalking her. Actually he finished his business an hour ago, but stayed to chat a bit the customer, get him to happy drunk level and tell him a few funny stories. It helps to get more work later, and he was not in a hurry. He gets out, reaches for a cigarette lit and walks towards his motorcycle. Then he spots Jennifer and his fan.

"Hey, do we got a problem here?" He asks, walking faster to get closer to the pair.
Jennifer Kale The skeezy guy mutters something about Jennifer 'teasing him' too much and how he's going to 'show her' what happens when a woman teases a man too much, and lunges towards her. Jennifer lets out a yelp and manages to dodge the clumsy grab, trying to twist away from the guy all together. A blue energy starting to gather around her free hand... at least until Cole calls out. She lets the energy dissipate quickly and calls back to him instead.

"Hey! I could use a hand... I think this guy's had too much t' drink.. needs a cab or somethin'. An' t' keep away from me. Keeps talkin' crazy like he's been watchin' me an' shit... like I'm sposed to be his girlfriend or somethin'."

She ducks another lunge from the drunken ex-patron, quick-stepping towards Cole to try and put a little more distance between herself and the drunk stalker. Keeping a wary gaze on the man as she tries to make sure she keeps space between them.

"Hey buddy! I ain't yer girl, I don't even know ya, now keep yer hands t' yerself!"
Cole Cash Cole nods to Jennifer and gives the man a nasty smile, "nah, he doesn't need a cab, he needs a good beating and some broken fingers." He takes a step forward and flicks the cigarette.

It hits the man directly on his right eye, making him cry and recoil. That sure sobers him some, if he was drunk at all. Certainly will do wonders for his libido. And as the man attention switches to Cole, muttering a curse. Cole casually punches him, sending him sprawling to the ground. "Like this, I think," he comments to Jennifer. "Maybe stomping on his hands now," he offers.
Jennifer Kale The man is certainly no match for Cole, inebriated and angry can't trump skill and training. He hits the pavement hard, crying out and trying to wipe the blood from his lips even as he snarls impotently at Cole. Yelling about how Jennifer is just a lying bitch and she's got what's coming to her.

Jennifer stays a few feet back from the man, letting Cole dispense his brand of justice. "Hey, you do you, man... I jes' don't want this guy comin' back round here. He already got himself kicked out earlier fer bein' a skeeze. I'm lettin' my boss know this guy needs t' be put on th' 'No Way in Hell' list." And indeed, she's pulled out her phone to text her boss letting him know that the jerk from earlier tried to catch her in the parking lot and needs a permaban from the club.
Cole Cash Cole gives Jennifer a wary look when she pulls out her phone. No pictures of him, thank you. He slides out of the way, giving the blonde woman and friendly smile. "Sure, that might hurt him more," he comments, not looking very convinced of it. Still, Jennifer is the offender part, he was just passing by.

And probably he saw no blue lights or anything. A beating is better than getting turned into a toad. Possibly.
