Kyle Rayner A contemplative song, that's how moments like this begins. Sometimes it's meditating while floating. Today, it's walking. And the motion begins thanks to David Bowie's "Lazarus." Titan Monitor's show Kyle Rayner walking through the various rooms until gets into the elevator. People may not see the earbuds in his head, the dark green hoodie hides them mostly. Peeking out from the hoodie is a black shirt with a mostly white graphic on it. A trio of faces, each bearing different type of stag horns. The left is an angry looking skull, center is the upper half of a different skull. Eyes are in the socket, one is closed and the other is open. The closed one has a trail of blood running down it looking like tears. And the face on the right looks like a comedy or tragedy mask, but the expression is neutral. The eyes are missing. Parts along the face are cracking. Something in red is scribbled above them, but the hoodie cuts it off. It's a very chipper shirt.

Kyle waits patiently and the elevator will eventually stop. The doors will "ding!" open and that's when he wanders down and hall, makes and turn and enters the seemingly enter gym. It's by this time people can notice the black cargo pants on his person.

He keeps walking and goes toward a wall. Instead of turning back, he focuses and starts to walk up the wall thanks to some constructs. Nearly halfway up the wall Bowie's sad saxophones end. Despite the rigid shape of the room, Kyle feels the next song does hold some relevance. The old song, "Circle" by Soul Coughing plays.

That tempo change causes some realization come to him, it's enough for him to zip up the hoodie. And it changes the straight forward nature to his steps. Now, he sways a little. Adds a little motion here and there. Despite no hero costume, Kyle's not hiding the use of powers. He does this to clear his head and sometimes it'll lead t an odd meeting (or an amusing one by those that know him). It's just a question of, will they get his attention when he's on the ceiling or working his way back down a different wall.
Xiomara Rojas There are still parts of the tower that Crush has never been, including any place with monitors. She knows the place has security, but no idea beyond that what it does. Her involvement with the Titans was still at the edges of things, though she had been made a member of the team.

Wandering the halls was a new idea that involved taking the elevator to a floor she hadn't previously been on, or one she was rarely on, and just start walking around. If the rooms were marked with what was inside, she left them alone, it was the unmarked ones that got her attention. She would listen at them for sound, her ears picking up even the smallest noise, in many different spectrums.

Eventually her wandering took her by the gymnasium, a room she never went to, but knew was there. She would have passed right by had she not caught sight of someone on the wall...

"I've hearda climbing the walls..." she comments as she leans against the door frame, and folds her arms across her chest. "Just never seen it."
Kyle Rayner Kyle pauses and pulls out an earbud and loks across (or is it across and down?) to Xio. "It's walking with style, I think." He carefully pulls out the phone and turns it off. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" he grins from his spot. "And the ring can make a lot of weird things happen. You should see what happens when I'm as hungry as a horse."

"What brings you to the gym? Am i nterrpting a workout session," he asks curiously.
Xiomara Rojas Crush snorts softly, not moving from her spot. ""I can't do shit here," she comments. "I would wreck this room. I gotta use the training room."

Finally standing up straighter, she tucks her hands into the pockets of her jacket. "I was lookin round, lots of places in this tower I've never seen, was just walkin by when I saw you on the wall... an now I wanna know what happens when you're hungry as a horse."
Kyle Rayner Kyle starts to walk down the wall, "It's like the sandworm from Beetlejuce. I get two jaws that unhinge, it's a horrid sight," he grins and continues to move down. "Dare I ask what you do in the training room?" he asks. A grin pulls at his lips as he starts to move upon the floor for a moment. "What else are you up to?" he asks.
Xiomara Rojas "In the trainin room, I punch things," Crush states bluntly. "A lot of things... all the things. At first, it was just to work out my temper, cause I can punch things full strength an not risk hurtin anyone. After talkin with Superman though, it became the place safe to practice pullin my strength."

Her eyes follow him as he moves, she could walk /through/ a wall, but that was about it. "Wouldn't mind seein Jaws jaw," she snerks. "Doubt it'd effect me, as for what else... school, work, hating things."
Kyle Rayner "Makes sense," he says walking up to her. "Trying to make sure the world's not cardboard or anything?" he asks with a curious tone. "What's on the docket for the rest of the day?" Then he reaches out and touches the chain in greeting, waiting for the usual images.

Green eyes slip back to Xio, "You missed the pizza party last night. Irie West showed off her boyfriend and I was a wallflower," he grins and gives a nod. "Lots of people there."
Xiomara Rojas The image offers to Kyle is simple, two hands held in the handshake position.

"More like world of tissue paper," Crush offers with a sigh. "Nothin like being a ten year old that could lift the trailer house up, right? Though as a kid, the strength wasn't as much of a issue. I don't think I really understood it, so I didn't destroy things as much. Wasn't til after I got jumped by the red necks that I realized it, then it got harder to keep it locked up."

Glancing toward the windows at the back of the gym she shrugs a little regarding his his second question and looks back to his face. "I wish I could say I had homework ta do, but honestly... it's been too easy, so it's all done."

At the mention of the pizza party, she shifts her weight slightly and looks uneasy. "I don't do well in large groups, an Irie..." she shakes her head. "... it woulda been bad. Barely manage small groups."
Kyle Rayner "You and Irie have beef?" Kyle asks a little shocked by this one. "Irie seems so sweet and Billy seems to be like good folk," Kyle wonders if they had some bad blood since before he arrived from Europe.

Then he looks back to her, "If rednecks try taking a swing, I feel badd for them. They got you to deal with and not just cops, but space cops!" he grins looking at Xio. "I didn't make it out to Krypton again," he says softly.
Xiomara Rojas Shaking her head, Crush sighs. "Nah, nothin like that... not really." She pauses a moment. "Irie was a good friend when I was at Happy Harbor, helped me stop livin in the background, her an Maddie... but when Maddie moved away, Irie... just sorta faded away." She shrugs again then moves on to the next topic.

"I was fourteen, they thought I was a mutant," she snorts, with a dark smile appearing. "They took swings, I... I didn't kill em, I don't think, but I beat the ever livin shit outta them, an never looked back."

Tilting her head slightly, "Can't you go back any time? I mean, you're a space cop."
