Patty Sloan	Patty is taking a few days off of classes in light of all that has happened. It is a good day. The sun is shining, There is a gentle breeze and the lake is shimmering in the sunlight. Absolutely nothing to complain about really. Patty happens to be by the lake, just relaxing. Her left arm is in a sling and occasionally she tosses a rock into the water. She's trying to skip stones but its not exactly easy in your non-dominant hand. KERPLUNK!! Another perfectly good skipping stone goes sinking into the lake. "Damn Why did I agree to do this?" She asks no one in particular. Idly she pulls out a bottle of water and a small bottle of pills. She takes one and lets out a sigh. "Okay it won't take long. He said this was just phantom pains. Still hurts though." She comments as she flops down at the waters edge. "I will be back to training and such in no time. Dumb Sentinels..." She trails off muttering about the evil machines.
Kwannon	That's when you hear her voice, " Those robots do suck " A mix of a British and Japanese accent strange combo.. but perhaps the fact she wasn't there a moment ago is far more creepy.. at least until you recognize Psylock is standing there looking over the lake with you. Patty Sloan	"WHAAA!!" Patty jumps to her feet, loses her footing and falls into the water. "GAH!" She quickly scrambles to her feet. "Well I wasn't expecting a swim today." She laughs and turns to look at who was talking. "Oh Hey. Yeah. They really do. One shot me with a laser the other day. Not one of the big ones. These ones were human sized. They opened fire on a mutant protest and it just went bad. I was leading some people to safety and one of em shot me in the back of my shoulder." She sighs. "Thankfully Joshua patched me up." She smiles, "Nice to meet you, My name is Patty. Patty Sloan. I'm one of the newer people here at the school." She is dressed in her most comfortable out fit. A tie dye top in purple and white, her jeans ripped up and a pair of pink and white sneakers on her feet. On her face is her glasses. The thing that stands is the quartet of wings on her back. They are very much like a dragonfly's.
Kwannon	Kwannon She blinks and cocks her head as you fall and watches you sputter, but she offers her hand to help you out of the water at least. She smiles a bit. "Psylock," She says simply, still coming to terms with whether she's one girl or the other, so right now, she is working on that.      She nods her head. " Ahh, so you are slowly healing .. does it still hurt? " She asks, looking at the shoulder for a moment. " I can take that away " .
Patty Sloan	Patty accepts the hand out of the water. She gives a smile and rings her top out a bit. "I know, we've met. In fact we met not far from here." She comments as she comes up onto the dry ground. "My shoes are gonna take forever to dry. Will have to throw them in one of the dryers when I get back." She laughs. "Well my arm is healed. Its only the phantom pains that I'm feeling now. I was told to wear a sling for a few days and just take it easy. Also to eat a bit more to get rid of the dimple that remains from the shot. Damn laser. Apparently I was in a lot of trouble and was in danger of losing my arm. I would have been a bit upset over that. I've kinda grown attached to my arm." She snickers. "If you can take the phantom pain away that would mean I wouldn't have to take the pain meds."
Kwannon	Kwannon She walks over and moves her hand to your shoulder; it would be one of the tells between her and Betsey.. while similar, they don't have exactly the same powers.. as an empath, removing your pain is very, very easy for her.. she just touches your shoulder, and well. The pain slowly fades and is gone.. She didn't take away the owch I'm healing pain but any throb that's constant that's gone      She removed her hand. " There you go hows that feel? " she asks softly.
Patty Sloan	Patty smiles as she feels the pain leave her arm. "Actually I am good! The pain is all gone. I didn't have a throbbing pain there. It was all phantom from the memory of being shot." She smiles. "Thank you so much. It means a lot. How have you been, Betsy?" She asks curiously. Its not that she is curious. She was just told to call her Betsy unless in the field. Patty lets out a soft sigh of relief. "Thats one less pill I gotta take. I've gotta get better at being in the field honestly. I don't wanna wind up getting shot again. That just sucked a lot."
Kwannon	Kwannon Cocks her head ' Then Train," she says simply like that's the answer.. it's simple and to the point "I am dealing with things, "s he says, "But I'm home with family now, so Im getting better," She says softly . She looks back at the girl. " Train and ask other men who have more skill to train you."     . " You are far too open; I could have killed you far too many times during the entire time I was with you, " She says simply .
Patty Sloan	Patty nods, "I'm just taking a few days off on Doctor's orders. I have been training my best. I need to find someone to help me learn. I know what I want to do but I am a far way from there. If you know what I mean." She nods feeling more exposed now. Instinctively she goes into a more defensive stance and prepares to fight even though her arm is still in a sling. "I want to join SHIELD eventually. I want to help make the world a better place." She smiles brightly. "I've been training my endurance, working on flying more, and even been training how to shoot. That last part... I may have shot a danger room enemy right in the groin by accident..."
Kwannon	Kwannon Lifts an eyebrow. " You realize half the American government hates mutants," She says softly, " And they are pushing all of America's issues onto the mutant people." She looks at the girl. " You will face impossible odds if you try and join Shield.. You're better off saying you're an alien " . she says simply      She chuckles at your stance. She steps what looks like away, but her foot hooks into your ankle, and YOINK.. you find yourself sitting on a rock.. not painfully, just sitting down! as she smirks." Good stands but your lower body is weak " .
Patty Sloan	Patty nods, "I know. I've had to hide most of my life. Maybe through my actions things can improve?" She tries to justify and is being quite Altruistic. "You are right thought. I probably would be better off saying I'm an alien but the simple fact is, I'm not. One DNA test is all it takes to find that out." Then she notices the chuckle. As she steps away, Patty relaxes just a little bit. That is until she is taken down and put on the ground. She snaps her fingers and sighs, "I need to train that. Thats part of why I've been running as much as I have. I just need to find better ways to train. I have to get stronger."
Kwannon	Kwannon Thinks for a moment and his " Okay hows about this.. " she shows several well-known yoga poses " Start with those 5 " She says softly " Those are yoga poses but the point is to get as close to that positon as you can and hold it too the count of 10.. when you can try going lower.. that will improve your lower core and improve your flexibility" .
