Owner Pose
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie comes walking up the stairs. He has started bringing some boxes up. The young man has three boxes piled up on top of one another, where he can't really see where he is going. He feels with his foot to find his way a bit. He has been out picking up a few things it seems. "Hey honey, I am home." He calls out to her as he comes in the door.
Alexis Carr     Allegra, meanwhile, was siting in the livingroom area, on a cushion, surrounded by pieces of an artificial Christmas tree.

"Hey Love, I'm in the livingroom." she calls out, reaching for a mug of tea as she reads the instructions.

"For something started as fashionable by Queen Victoria, I have no idea why they're so COMPLICATED on this side of the pond..."
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie chuckles a bit and looks over as he sets the boxes of christmas decorations down on one of the end tables. "Want me to help, not ready to throw it out a window yet are you?"
Alexis Carr     "The sole item I have ever thrown out of a window is myself, and I plan to keep my record to 'one item'. Besides, I'm not going to make you go out the window to catch it." Allegra gives a slight grin as she leans backwards, looking up to Sam with a smile.

"I think I've got it. IT's just eighteen parts. I rather thought that they sort of... folded up like umbrellas." she states, holding up a wire branch of fake pine to Sam.
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie smiles and leans over to kiss her. Sam has had more live trees than fake trees, but he did she something on Netflix someone at the mansion was watching "Two of the limbs per branch one up, is supposed to make it look fuller." He will take the branch doing as he said "So bigger ones on the bottom right?"
Alexis Carr     "It says to assemble these three pieces -- bigger ones on the bottom, then next biggest on the middle piece -- the top piece just kinda bends itself into shape." Allegra comments as he gives a soft buff, and straightens up a little, accepting the kiss as she gives a gentle smile.
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie smiles and says "So, is there anything we need to get that you want we have not yet?" He smiles and says "I got a few more boxes in the truck, picked up a few neat things cause I saw them. Got a Starwars ornament set."
Alexis Carr     "A Star Wars Ornament set?" Al begins, leaning back on one hand. "You know, I still haven't seen the movies. Should probably do that at some point... before there's twelve of them. You know. On the first part of Star Wars, George Lucas gave to me a little kid once called Ani. On the second part of Star Wars George Lucas gave to me -- two billion clones, and a little kid once called Ani..."
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie chuckles softly with her, and says "Oh I am sure there are plenty of movies we got. Have you seen Die Hard Gremlins?" He asks of her.
Alexis Carr     "Suffice to say if they are not high fantasy or British, I probably have not seen them." ALexis gives a wry smile. "Though neither of those sound like 'Christmas' movies..."
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie sits down beside her and says "You have much to learn padowan." He grins a bit more and kisses her "We can watched Scroodged too." He tells her smirking a bit as pretty sure she has not seen it too.
Alexis Carr     "Scrooged? Is... that the one with Patric Stewart? I think I've seen that one -- oh! And the Muppet Christmas Carol. I was permitted that one." she gives an embarrassed smile as she looks up to Sam, and leans against his warmth.
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie slides his arm around her and says "Na, Scroodged is the one with Bill Murry from Ghostbusters." He hmms and tries to think of another movie she might have seen Bill Murry in. "He voiced Garfield."
Alexis Carr     "... they... made a movie out of a comic strip?" Allegra asks, looking surprised. She then gives a soft 'mm'. "Normal pop culture is so weird. Soooo weird." she breathes out, and shakes her head.
Sam Guthrie Sam Guthrie chuckles a bit and kisses her cheek "They make movies about everything love." He will reach over to the remote, and will turn on the Tv starting the mupphet Christmas movie for them to semi watch as they work on christmas stuff. "There are a couple movies people put on 24 hours a day or almost that at christmas too."
