Darkly-clad gunmen emerge and grab the driver -- a man who also happens to be head of the UN Security deployment overseeing the delegation at the upcoming world leader conference. Under the watchful leadership of the notorious mercenary, the Chameleon, they seek to make their escape with their kidnapping victim, leading to a chase through the streets of New York City.
