Monet St. Croix scheduled, On 2024-04-03 at 2024-04-03:23:00:00 Hydra vs UN: Underground Breakdown

Part of the set of scenes leading up to the attack on the UN by Hydra. Unbeknownst to heroes or police, Hydra operatives have planted some charges along key parts of the Holland Tunnel. When detonated water starts to leak into the tunnel, with the potential for further collapse and worse flooding. People are trapped and need rescuing, and the tunnel needs stabilizing. This scene will ICly take place on Saturday a little before the Hydra attack on the UN. Participants in this scene can arrive at the UN as well if they wish to participate in those scenes.
