After military service as a young man in the US Army, Robert Kelly worked for the National Security Agency. Later, he would run for office, and became a Republican Senator for his home state of Massachusetts. Senator Kelly is known for an anti-mutant stance, and upholds strong conservative values. He has been a supporter of registration legislation, and fights for the working class. He also has strong anti-drug stances, and is harsh on fighting against illegal drug rings.
