Considered to be one of the world's deadliest assassins, Sandra Wu-San, better known as Lady Shiva, is possibly one of the best hand-to-hand fighters in existence. A master of martial arts, she began studying as a young girl along side her sister. The murder of her sister drove her to become a ruthless assassin seeking revenge. Martial arts and the pursuit of perfecting her skills have become an end in itself. She roves the world offering her skills to the highest whomever can pay the most and provide her with new experience.

*1982 Sister Carolyn Woo-San born
*1986-1996: Practiced martial arts with sister, both had an innate talent for fighting. They both are considered masters by an early age.
*1998: Death of sister Carolyn at the hands of David Cain.
*1999:Sandra discovers who is behind her sister's death and while hunting him encounters Ra's al Ghul's League of Assassins
*2000:Becomes a valued member of the League of Assassins
*2000:Bears David Cain's child

Curiosity:
Her interest in the martial arts has led her to travel the world and to study under numerous teachers to learn the full breadth of martial arts from the obscure to the well-known.

Perfectionist:
Even before the death of her sister, Shiva trained everyday. After her death, Shiva's focus narrowed to becoming the best assassin alive in order to find her sister's murderer. The search for perfection extends to every aspect of martial arts.

Relentless:
No matter the odds, if Shiva feels her goals are worthwhile she will go through anyone in her way overcoming pain and overwhelming numbers.

Unfettered:
Shiva follows her interests without regard to consequences or regard to others. Only finding someone stronger than herself and honing fighting skills in others will keep her in one place or with one person. Some call her unbound, others call her amoral.

She equates her power to heal on par with her power to harm. Her knowledge of the human body allows her to quickly set simple fractures. Through the extensive study of herbs and possibly magic she is capable of resurrecting dead people with a tea that she concocts from rare ingredients.

She has mastered: Kung Fu (Leopard Style and Dragon Style), Judo, Jujutsu, Wing Chun, Capoeira, Savate, Karate, Aikido, Kobudo, Kosusho, Stick Fighting, Dim Man and Eskrima.
