Ben Reilly has posed:
As the city begins to shift from spring into summer, Ben's spirits could not be higher. Sure, he still has a bit of an existential crisis about whether or not he is a real person, but at times like this, he decides he does not really care one way or another.

He glances to the side to watch Gwen's lithe form track alongside his own as he swings through the city, his spider-senses on alert for any sort of trouble. But really, this is about enjoying the day, and having a lovely time with Gwen. His girlfriend. The love of his life.

That is what the approach of summer always reminds him of. Late summer, two years ago, when the two finally connected in a way that he had always kind of wondered how it would work. Now, two years later, he knows.

It works well.

Gwen Stacy has posed:
The warm weather has always been something Gwen loved about this city. The brighter smiles on people's faces. The way they look forward for what summer may bring. And while Spring was often called a season of change Gwen liked more than anything that there was a stable thing in her life right now.

Ben Reilly.

"Eyes on the road, buster." That's Gwen's playful comment as they swing up alongside those buildings, contours of her white black and pink outfit framed tightly around her form as she swings with Ben. Yes, she had noticed the look. Was Ben daydreaming? She knew of his troubles with his own sense of self but as Summer arrived and he seemed brighter so did Gwen.

"Penny for your thoughts?"

Ben Reilly has posed:
"But it's not going anywhere," laments Ben, waving his hand down towards the pavement far below them. He flashes a grin that Gwen could not _entirely_ see, but most likely she could imagine in her head from the slight wrinkling of his mask.

With the wind rushing past his ears through the mask, and a temptation to pull the mask off to let it run through his hair, Ben lets loose a long, contented sigh. "I think you know what my thoughts are. Save yourself the penny."

He swoops up, getting himself higher so he can turn his gaze down in a brief bit of suspension, allowing a good long look at his girlfriend's far more appealing swinging form.

"I couldn't be happier than I am right now."

Tempting fate for one cloned from Peter Parker, but it seems that the Parker luck does not always fully impact Ben Reilly.

Gwen Stacy has posed:
"I have pennies to spare now. You know I have been accepted to start actually working at Oscorp." To contrast with the internship she spent the last year in, and working at Wong's store to pay the bills. "Which means ..., I am fulla money and not afraid to spend it." a wink that shows through her mask due to it being a VAN DYNE original. Yes, it's like she's always reminding people of that fact. Even when she doesn't say a word about that.

"Or maybe sometimes I just like hearing you say it.." She teases, twirling in the air before shooting another web towards a pole flag.

That Ben actually shares being happy gets a wide grin out of Gwen, "Don't jinx it." and she swings up, right towards Ben!

Ben Reilly has posed:
"Awesome, I've always aspired to having a sugar momma," comes the reply as Ben continues along in his swinging. "Helps when I can't get a real job." Gigs work out, but most companies would actually like a social security number for their employees. Or for them to be more than five years old.

Free falling down towards that pole, Ben laughs. "I like saying it. I'm happy, I'm happy, I'm in love. What better feeling is there?"

As he cuts through the wind, he sees Gwen swinging towards him. And here he is, without any leverage, at the mercy of the Ghost Spider...

Gwen Stacy has posed:
A sugar momma? That gets Gwen to arch a brow. "Are you saying I can bribe you to do what I want?" she asks, teasingly. But that's right when she is swinging at him, free-falling down. She intercepts him right as they are falling, a web keeping them up against the side of the building, one foot on it so she keeps Ben against the wall.

"Gotcha." She tells him, up close and personal now, "I was thinking I may have a solution for that."

To Ben getting a real job?

"Or rather, not me, but one of our mutual friends. Kitty is very good at computers after all. Maybe we can get you a new identity." it's perhaps not the most legal of things. But they aren't Captain America, or Superman. They are just friendly neighborhood spiders.

"Now how about a little kiss..." she rising the lower half of her mask.

Ben Reilly has posed:
"I mean, if you want to bribe me, sure, but you don't even have to do that..." Ben is falling, and Gwen is rising, and there is not really much of a chance for him to evade her effort.

Nor would he want to.

Pinned at the wall, Ben considers her idea. "You think that would work?" Of course it would. It's _Kitty_.

"Of course...how could I say no to THAT?" Ben leans in as he lifts the bottom half of his own mask...
