First, there's an 084 being carried in after recovery from Miami. Second, the matter of an ongoing investigation. Third, someone just turned on the coffee and everyone knows WAND's coffee pot is cleaned more regularly and stocked to the good stuff -- unlike than Armor, R&amp;D, SWORD, or any of those other underfunded divisions.
