Mamaragan was one of the seven archmagi of Atlantis. When Ragnarok sundered the land, he volunteered to shackle his spirit to the Rock of Eternity. Undying and immortal, he became the custodian of that place, ever in search of a valiant mortal worthy of the power of SHAZAM.
