Neurotrol

A member of the reticulon (RTN4) class of neurotherapeutic drugs, and a forerunner of NOGO-A. Developed in the 1950s by a member of the Madmen of Gotham to repair damaged brain tissue. Triggered severe episodic hallucinatory fits in users, leading to psychosis and death. In at least one case, a test subject manifested powerful psionic abilities of a psychokinetic and telepathic nature. All known files on its production were destroyed after the containment of this incident. Wayne Enterprises owns the patent and has suppressed all manufacture of the drug.
