A [[[demesne]]] claimed by the collective members of the [[[Shinto]]] pantheon known as the [[[Kami]]]. It is relatively inaccessible to mortals save for the use of carefully guarded magics and specific gateways. The Heavenly Court is primarily used as a meeting ground for the bureaucracy that sustains the Kami, and for the Council of the gods when in session.
