The Fire Chief is nearby to assist children (and particularly doofy adults) with safely melting their marshmallow over their choice of metal-drum-fires.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;On the sidewalk nearest the park, several food trucks have been parked so people wanting something a little heartier can get it. A small bespoke stage built out of metal risers and palette wood has been created, though stagehands are still busy setting up. Just below the stage, though, is Jersey City's resident wannabe superhero: Ms. Marvel. Well, the teenage girl /claiming/ to be Ms. Marvel. She's there taking selfies with people who approach.
