Cast:
Chief Kinkaid: Port Charlotte police chief, deceased since 1992.
Nic Kinkaid: Identical twin of the Chief, separated at birth and raised by a gypsy woman, murdered his twin and stole his life.
Joanna Heart: Married to the Chief, later had Nic's lovechild while in a coma.
Dr. Winslow: Port Charlotte county coroner and forensic pathologist. Former lover of Nic--in his guise as the Chief--but wooed away by and is currently married to...
Takumi-3000: Japanese sex bot and Nic's rival for Dr. Winslow's affections.
Port Charlotte Ripper: Believed to be executed last summer, but crimes with his M.O. have recently resumed.
Natalia: Recent arrival to Port Charlotte who may not be a doctor but knows something of the Ripper's crimes.
Billy: Cute kid who died after a long stretch at the hospital, but not before he met his hero...
Race Car Driver Cliff Steele: Guest-stars in 1986, his tears at Billy's bedside caused 'a brief buzz for a Daytime Emmy nomination', at least according to Cliff's manager (and no one else).
