Jennifer Walters has posed:
The Law Offices of Jennifer Walters are located in a brick building a few stories tall. It is located in Brooklyn, amidst some other similar buildings. The law office shares the building with a couple other business related groups, like a tax accountant group. The office is on the top floor of the building and is a mild mannered office for several people, not just Jennifer Walters, attourney at law. There isn't really a waiting room, as the office is just one big, cramped room, separated with partitions and cubicals.

Jennifer Walters sits at a desk on the side of the room near a large window. With her back to the window, the sun rises on a Monday, and some golden rays begin to shine into the office. She is on the phone at the moment and seems to be jotting down notes at the same time. She's wearing her business attire.

Singularity has posed:
It's a pretty normal day so far. As much as any day in Shulkie's life, which can be a bit weird at times.

Which means she's overdue probably, as a blue dot appears just in front of her desk, then sudden widens with a *whooosh* into a shimmering blue portal!

No invasions or flood of water or laser bolts or anything like that coming through it, as of yet.
Instead, a small blue girl comes shooting through it as she *poinks* into existence. "JEN!" she says gleefully.

And attempts to tackle Jen. Considering she's not very large or heavy, this probably isn't a major threat.

Jennifer Walters has posed:
Correction, it WAS a normal day until a weird portal appeared in her office and a weird woman appeared from it, threatening to attack with a serious case of the hugs. "What!" Jennifer lets out and nearly falls out of her chair at the surprise pop-in. A man's head inclines up over his cubical partition for a moment to observe the drive-by hugging, "Incoming!" he lets out amusedly, and disappears again.

The hugging might not be a major threat, but Jennifer is, at least relatively speaking. The green lawyer staggers up to her feet just as the girl latches onto her, "Uhh!" she lets out, "Um, hello? Thank you...for coming by....?" she says blandly.

Singularity has posed:
The girl in question at least looks to be somewhere along a teenage spectrum, though she's petite which makes it harder to tell exactly how old.

That, and she seems to be made of blue...starry stuff. Completely with pupilless eyes that glow white and the suggestion that behind her lips there's a similar energy. Her hair is...not really hair so much as it's the appearance of hair and the texture of such, but just seems to meld with her form rather than being distinct folicles.

And of course, she's not actually wearing anything, but then, she doesn't have any details or features to really hide either, it's a bit like her wearing a bodysuit, completely with feet that don't really have distinct toes, more the impression of feet.

"Found you!" the girl says happily, hanging off Jen as she giggles, fully of energy and cheer apparently. She floats a bit back, then reaches up to rest her hand on Jen's cheek. "Found you. Jen is okay." she says in an oddly stilted way of talking. Her gaze is a bit searching for a moment, then she sighs. "No remembering. Forgot." But it only gets her down for a moment as she smiles happily. "But okay. Good."

Jennifer Walters has posed:
"Okay. Seriously," Jennifer Walters mutters, though it's more out of a 'what the fudge is going on' attitude than true annoyance. She pat pats the girl with one hand as she clings to her like velcrow (sp?). Jennifer finally attempts to grab the young woman and restrain her from touching her all over then heads around the desk to plop her down in a little chair.

"Guess I should get used to this after a while," Jennifer adds and straightens up, looking down at the young girl, "Okay, one guess: You're an intergalactic alien traveler and--"

"Maybe she's from France!" the man lets out amusedly from behind the cubical. Jennifer grumbles and face palms.

"Will you stop..." Jennifer tells him.

Singularity has posed:
The girl doesn't resist at all...it doesn't seem to occur to her that personal space is a thing, really. At least with Jen. She does stay where she's sat, looking up at Jen seriously, then points to herself. "Singularity." She wrinkles her nose. "Not intergalactic. Universe." she adds after a moment, looking like she's trying how to turn very large complicated explanations into these vocalizations everyone uses around here to communicate. "Was outside. Came here. Before."

The girl cocks her head, peering at the man. "France?" she says uncertainly. "No." She looks back to Jen. "Other place. This place. Different. Different universe. Here. But left. This universe. Changed. Different. As is now." She frowns. "Came back. Different. People different." She looks a little sad at that. "No one remembers. Just Singularity."

Jennifer Walters has posed:
Jennifer Walters wrinkles her nose as she considers what the girl is trying to tell her, "Uh huh," she mutters, "Okay Singularity, good to meet you. Seems like you already know who I am, hmm?" she wonders, motioning to her green self, "Jennifer Walters."

"Intergalactic space...time...dimension...al traveler huh?" Jennifer mutters and rubs her neck, "Science is really not my area. Are you trying to get home? I think maybe you need Tony Stark, science aficionado---not me."

Singularity has posed:
"Shulkie! She-Hulk. Baroness." Singularity agrees cheerfully as Jen introduces herself, kicking her feet absently as she listens. She gets a little furrow on her brow. "Universal. Traveler." She points to herself. "Universe. Small." She shakes her head at the suggestion of looking for Tony Stark. "Not wanting. To go. Back. Good here. Heroes. Heroines."

She points to Jen. "Like Jen. Great heroine. Came because of heroes. Met you. Other you." She frowns. "You don't. Remember." She doesn't seem suprised by this, just a little bummed. "Making sure friends. Are safe. Happy. In case. Need help."

Jennifer Walters has posed:
Jennifer Walters puts a hand on her hip and looks a little sad that she's disappointed the girl, because she can sense how frank and honest the girl seems, "Sorry Singularity," she tells her, "I'm sure the other...me...is pretty awesome but I'm...pretty boring. I have my law office," she says and motions around, "And my Avengers friends. I help out here and there. It's not that big a deal," she says as she sizes up her life depressingly.

Jennifer walks back behind her desk, "Listen, I'll give you my cell phone number. You keep it," she tells the girl and hands it over, "For whatever."

Singularity has posed:
Singularity shakes her head firmly. "Jen. Is awesome. No matter which." she insists, smiling. "Glad. Are okay." She looks curious, then reaches down...and into her chest, reaching...inside? Before she pulls out a cheap cell phone, then very carefully types in the number, then shows hers to Jen. "Phone!" she says excited. "Can call." She studies Jen curiously. "Need help?" she offers after a moment.

Jennifer Walters has posed:
Jennifer Walters smiles honestly and leans back in her chair, "Help? Hmm, well not at the moment, unless you can question witnesses or serve subpoenas. Hey, do you need a job? Maybe you could do some office work around here! How about that huh?!" she asks energetically, maybe thinking that is the most awesome, humanistic thing she's done so far in weeks.

"She doesn't want to run around for you, Jen!" the man nearby lets out like a peanut gallery.

"Will you stop!" Jennifer smirks, "I'm trying to think of something to be helpful."

Jennifer leans forward to Singularity and mutters, "He's moving his desk. Seriously."

Singularity has posed:
Singularity seems to be pondering that over, curiously. "Subpoenas?" she says after a moment. "Deliver paper?" She nods firmly. "Yes. Can serve. Work!" She seems tickled by the idea really. Not that she entirely understands why these papers are so important, but delivering them seems easy enough. She does perk at the end. "Can move desk?" she offers.

Jennifer Walters has posed:
Jennifer Walters grins at Singularity, "Perfect!" she lets out and then motions to the cubical, "Hey Larry, Singularity is gonna move everybody's desk around! You'll help out right? No prob right?" she asks and winks at Singularity knowingly.

"What? Move desks? Now? Jen!" the man whines from behind the cubical.

Jennifer describes to Singularity where she wants the desk and then where she wants another, "And then move that one over there," she points out vague-helpfully, "Hey Larry! She's gonna totally zap teleport all these desks, I bet. This will be great," she says and smiles, "Nothing like a little shake up to get the blood moving, right?" she asks. Larry whines some more.

Singularity has posed:
Singularity pays close attention to Jen explaining where she wants everything to go, looking back and forth from the desks to the areas as she wrinkles her nose in thought, considering. Then floats out over the middle of the desk area. "Moving!" she says cheerfully."

And, she does...as the desk and their respective owners and everything associated with their stuff blink out, rapidly disappearing and moving to theri new locations in order. Including Larry!

Jennifer Walters has posed:
"I knew it! I called it!" Jennifer Walters smiles and chuckles, then gets up to walk over to where Singularity did her magic in the middle of the room. She pats the girl on the shoulder, "Great job!" she lets out.

"What Jen?!" Larry asks from across the room, "Can't hear you!"

"Nothing Larry, I said I'll call you!" Jennifer lets out loudly. She winks at Singularity. "Okay, now you can have one of the empty desks if you like. Thanks!" she says and grins.

Singularity has posed:
Singularity beams happily at the praise, landing back on the floor as she ceases floating. "To keep?" she says curiously, looking at the empty desk, then back to Jen. A bit unsure about what a desk implies. "For subpoenas?" And she hasn't even gotten to the hiring paperwork yet!

Jennifer Walters has posed:
"Of course to keep!" Jennifer Walters chuckles, "To sit. Here in the office, Singularity. To organize your papers," she explains, opening a drawer of one of the desks. She points inside to indicate where papers go.

"I'll send over the HR lady and you can fill out some paperwork. You know, sign it, date it, fill in your...address...well--try your best!" she explains and smiles, "I have to take a phone call. I'll be back!" she says energetically and makes off.
