Candace Hill has posed:
Its been a very weird day. Not only did she sleep most of it away, The sun shined into her room and it was actually hurting her! She quickly closed the curtains and blocked out the daylight as best as she could. What's more, she felt really off. She went to the bathroom to look herself over and there was no reflection! Panic set in and she just didn't know what to do. She thought about calling her boss but that would be a really awkward conversation. What is she supposed to say to him? 'I can't come in today and drive for you because the sun is literally burning my flesh?' She shrugs. Then the idea crosses her mind. The burner phone of Robin. Quickly she digs out the number and hopes to the gods that Robin hasn't ditched the phone yet.

She quickly dials the phone number. "Oh please Robin answer. If this goes to a drug dealer I'm totally going to drain the guy." She shutters at the thought of actually doing that to someone. Could she do that? Her stomach growls letting her know she needed to eat. The thought of anything other then the red stuff was making her sick and goodness was it scaring her.

Damian Wayne has posed:
Damian is in Wayne Manor still recovering from his injuries from the battle with Mary Seward. He has several large books about vampire folklore spread out on the large desk in the master study of mansion. Alfred brought him a tray of tea and his famous ginger snaps. The young heir has been idly sipping tea and nibbling on ginger snaps as he reads.

His phone rings. No, not his regular phone, his OTHER phone. With a small frown, Damian picks it up and looks at the number. He doesn't recognize it. He presses a button to route the call through multiple satellites and cell towers and transmission relays.

"You have ten seconds before I hang up. Make it good."

Candace Hill has posed:
"Robin, this is Candace Hill. I didn't know who else to call. I'm freaking out. I was doing my job last night, driving Uber, and I had this lady in my car. Next thing I knew I was leaning back and she was biting my neck! I tried to fight but its like my will was gone. Now the sun is burning me and I can't see myself in the mirror." She is definitely panicked. She tries to calm down and catch her breath. Does she even breathe? Is she alive or dead now. Undead? Its so confusing. Why did that lady do this to her?! Her stomach growls again. She licks her lips and her tongue brushes against a pair of freshly grown fangs. "I think I'm a Vampire!" She shivers as she says it out loud.

Damian Wayne has posed:
Damian has had just about enough of this vampire problem. When is someone going to take out this Mary Seward bitch? It never ends.

"Candace, listen to me very carefully. Near the docks there is a house at 88 Oakbend Lane. It's one of my safe houses. I want you to go there. The security code to open the door is 228626. Tell no one where you're going. Power off your phone before you go there. I'll be there at 10:00 pm. Do you understand? Repeat the address and the entry code back to me now."

Candace Hill has posed:
"88 Oakbend Lane. Code 228626." She rattles off the information. She's used to remembering addresses on the fly. "Okay. I don't want to go out in the sun. I think it will kill me." She comments worriedly. "I don't get this. I don't want to be a Vampire!" She frowns. "I just want to be myself. Even if I don't exactly know what myself is at least I know its somewhat human!" She shakes her head. "I'll fly there. I mean I would fly even if I wasn't like this."

Damian Wayne has posed:
"I am going to find a way to help you, Candace," Damian says, attempting to sound as reassuring as he can. He stands up from behind the desk and starts to head to the entrance to the Batcave. "10:00 pm, Candace," Damian reminds her then he clicks off the phone.

Once he is down in the Batcave, he begins to change into his Robin armor. He painfully and gingerly removes his shirt, displaying the heavy medical tape that Alfred taped around and around his torso to stabilize the broken (and then partially healed and then re-broken) ribs.

"Dammit, you are in no condition for this," Damian scolds himself. He looks at the chronometer on his gauntlet. Less than two hours. Moving over toward a cabinet, he begins to load out his belt with several pieces of anti-vampire gear. He's going to try to help Candace, but if things go bad the best thing he can do for her is to end it quickly and mercifully.

Strapping two katanas across his back, Robin gets on the Redbird and speeds out of the cave.

Candace Hill has posed:
Candace hangs up. She moves to the window and gingerly opens it just a little. The sun is sinking still. She will have to wait a little longer. She recites the address and code for the door again, just to make sure its in her memory. "Why would that woman do this to me? I mean there aren't any benefits to being a blood sucker are there?" She asks herself as she continues to wait.

After about 30 minutes the sun has set enough to venture outside. She heads out and lifts off the ground. She takes off flying at a high enough speed to pull some debris behind her. Not fast enough to set off a sonic boom or anything. She quickly tears across the city following the all too familiar streets until she finds the location she was told to go to. "88 Oakbend Lane." She says to herself.

She quickly lands and looks around. Good. No one saw her land. No one is around. She punches in the code 228626 into the keypad on the door and enters in. There she waits for Robin to show up. Her stomach growls. How she wants to sate herself but the only way she could do that is to attack someone and she doesn't want to do that. She just wants this to be over.
