It's New Year's Day at Centennial Park, and the signs of celebration from the previous night have barely seemed to have gone away. People still mill about in the streets and through the Park, talking to each other and gathered in celebration.
There's a growing ruckus, however, as some people begin to run away and disperse, as rumors of someone with a sword and a gun - or both - echo throughout in panic. People stepping forth to stop this lunatic, or the other way around - mixed answers, really are blurt out by the people in general...
