Tim Drake has posed:
It's midmorning when Tim actually arrives back to the renovated theater, though it's definitely as Tim, not Red Robin, as he's coming through the front door. The Red Bird is still in the garage below, his motorcycle... not here and he didn't come back on it. As a matter of fact, he had been dropped off by Alfred Pennyworth in one of the civilian Wayne family cars, and it's with Alfred he comes in, though Tim himself looks rather annoyed at this fact.

"And here we are, Master Tim, though I am still not entirely pleased with you leaving the manor as you currently are."

Tim sighs. He's actually leaning a bit on the older man, movement apparently stiff on his right leg. To an observant eye, underneath his lightweight clothing there's obvious signs of heavy bandages... and that's not including the obvious stitches on his cheek and exposed arms. "I can work better here," he argues. "Besides, there's a problem I picked up today that I think we need to handle."

Alfred gives Tim a politely disappointed look as he settles the young man on the couch. "Very good, sir. Now, let me make sure you won't be spending your day on nothing but cereal and junk food." He whisks into the kitchen to check things over, leaving Tim on the couch and very aggravated.

However, it's not like this entrance was particularly quiet. (And he may have texted Rose and Conner letting them know he was on his way back.)

Conner Kent has posed:
Conner returned to New York after his chat with Laura. Although he wasn't in the mood to go to a party. Instead he caught up with some college projects and spent several hours exploring the Outsiders databases. He likes to know his super-people. Also, he researched about Weapon X and something called 'the Facility' but there was little there.

How many shady organizations are exploiting young superhumans? The answer: all of them. Of course. Obvious, and depressing.

So he got back early, skipping sleep. He might have been texting Tim and Rose for a while.

Rose Wilson has posed:
Is Alfred someone that can be shocked? Probably not after living with the one and only Bruce Wayne. Either way, maybe it is for the best that the butler has gone off to the kitchen by the time Rose arrives in the living room from the direction of Tim's room.

In one hand is her phone, in the other she's got a bottle of water and she's at least not armed. Truly not armed, for once. It's hard to hide weapons when you're dressed for working out, after all. When she spots Tim on the couch, a brow lifting upwards, "Tim."

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim relaxes a little bit when he sees Rose appear in the living room. He goes to stand up, but grimaces, swearing under his breath and stays seated. "Rose." Conner's arrival gets a bright look at well. "Conner. Man, I'm glad to see you both."

Alfred, hearing the arrival of others, pokes his head out from the kitchen and gives them both a weighing and measuring look. No, nothing really shocks or disturbs him, even if Rose had come down fully armed and armored, he'd still have reacted much the same way. "Ah, Master Tim, you have guests already I see." He disappears back into the kitchen, though the sounds of things being moved around in the that room can be heard fairly clearly by those with superhearing.

Conner Kent has posed:
"Good morning," he looks at the old man with mild curiosity. Introductions, Tim? But then Alfred vanishes into the kitchen and Conner comes closer to the other boy to help him sit back down.

"Should be call Beacon and see what can she do? Also, it looks like we got a ninja to hunt down, hmm?" Because, of course, Batman is going to love to see Conner blundering around and looking for fights with Owl-themed Zombie-Ninjas in Gotham.

Rose Wilson has posed:
"Hey." Rose calls in Alfred's direction, at least having had the pleasure of meeting the old man once or twice before. But she dismisses him as soon as he goes back into the kitchen.

There's a curious glance shot in Conner's direction, but then she moves to find herself a place to sit on the couch, tossing her water bottle down next to her.

Tim Drake has posed:
"I can wait for Beacon's mercy later," Tim notes to Conner. "There's a reason I rushed over here, and it was because one of my chatter subroutines picked up some information about Deathstroke making a hit this afternoon. It's on Doctor Aurelia Freeman, CEO of Marianas Pharmaceuticals. Someone advised to short their stock due to the 'upcoming disruption' caused by a 'terminal case of Terminator'." Tim looks grim. "I'll give you what I've found out, and I'll keep a bug in your ears and help with tactics-- but I want you to take Beacon with you. Just in case. I'll heal eventually, but her powers aren't infinite and they are better spent if someone gets hurt there." Because it's Deathstroke, and it's highly likely someone without a healing factor will get hurt.

He reaches over and squeezes Rose's hand, giving her a somewhat tentative look. "This might be weird for you, Rose, but..."

Tim is interrupted by Alfred coming out, setting three plates of eggs benedict in front of the three of them. "Here we go, breakfast. Miss Wilson, good to see you this morning, young lady." He looks to Conner, then to Tim with a politely questioning look.

"Ah, Alfred, this is Conner. He's one of my best friends, and--"

"Ah, yes. A pleasure to meet you, Master Conner. If you'll excuse me, I've got a tray of cookies to put in the oven." He slips back to the kitchen.

Tim watches him go, and then notes cheerily, "uh, breakfast I guess. Also, yes, Rose, I'm working on the robot butler you've asked for." He leans over and gives her a light peck on the cheek. He looks to Conner. "As for the ninjas in Gotham..." he blows a breath of air out. "Worrying about that later. Keeping Deathstroke from fulfilling this contract is more pressing."

Conner Kent has posed:
"It is just Conner. No one calls me Mr. Kent, not even my teachers..." but Alfred is gone. He moves quickly given he must be about 90...

(Conner is not good at guessing the ages of old guys).

Deathstroke. Ow. He glances Rose, ultimately, she is the one that decides how to handle this. Conner could just grab the CEO and take her to the Hall of Justice or Four Freedoms Plaza. Not even Deathstroke would dare go there, right?

Rose Wilson has posed:
The fact the conversation goes right to her father has visibly put Rose on edge, and she doesn't say a word as she reaches for the food that is brought out by Alfred.

Not a comment, nope. She's not making any kind of comment on this as she starts picking apart the eggs benedict, a little more violently then the poor eggs probably actually deserve, though.

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim glances at Rose as she murders her breakfast. He suspects she might be picturing her father's face on those eggs. "I've weighed potential options, and given the information that the chatterbox was saying, he hired Deathstroke to kill her as she leaves the company building this afternoon. Messy and public. We could divert her to someplace like Four Freedoms or the League, but I know for a fact Deathstroke has infiltrated Four Freedoms before. It wasn't a great day for anyone." He frowns. "I've looked at the building and the surrounding. If he works the way he usually does, it'll be a sniper shot from the building across the street. So... maybe we can preempt him and take him into custody."

Conner Kent has posed:
If Rose has no objections, Conner just nods at Tim's plan and attacks his breakfast. Which is great. Maybe they could hire the old man and forget about robo-cooks.

"So, we are going without you?" he asks at Tim. "Would you be on the com-sys giving advice? We have yet to try anything together with the new people. Not even training. And Deathstroke is pretty dangerous, I hear."

Rose Wilson has posed:
"My father isn't going to let himself just be taken into custody." Rose points out, because she can see this playing out in a wildly different manner. Deathstroke isn't the sort to just get knocked out, and handcuffed, and go along peacefully. After all.

Tim Drake has posed:
Snorting, Tim shakes his head at Conner. "I can barely walk and breathing is... interesting," he admits. "So no, I won't be going with, but yes, I will be on comms." He glances to Rose. "Well, I didn't expect him to just come along nicely because we ask," he teases lightly. He's trying to make this not... as bad as it is. Rose has issues with her dad and they are pretty understandable from what little he does know. "But I believe in us, even with some of the newer members of the team. It's last minute, but we'll take who is here and ready to go to Metropolis. I wish I had more time for a better plan, but it will have to do." He works on his breakfast as well. "Saving lives is the most important thing."

Conner Kent has posed:
"Ok, lets do it," Conner sounds perfectly confident. But he is usually perfectly confident even when they are way over their heads. Still, he is thinking Deathstroke can't be that bad, if Bart and Miss Martian are around the old assassin is going to be badly outgunned. And if not, Conner will keep the others safe. "The food is great, who is the old guy?" Changing subjects.
