Timeline:
1985 - Cletus Kasady is born to a schizophrenic woman in Ravencroft Institute, an asylum for the criminally insane. His mother dies shortly after Cletus's birth, and as a result, Cletus grows up in Ravencroft under the physically and emotionally abusive care of 'Nana'.

1995 - Cletus kills Nana, the first kill of many. After the incident, Cletus is deliverd to St. Estes's Home for Boys. He is bullied by the other orphans.

2000 - Cletus burns down St. Estes's home, murdering the Administrators and the older orphans who bullied him.

2001-2010 - Cletus becomes one of New Yorks most notorious serial killers. He is eventually caught and sentenced to 11 consecutive terms, being relocated to Ryker's Island.

2012 - Cletus has a fateful meeting with the spawn of Venom, who entered into his body via his bloodstream. The result causes Cletus to become the host of the Klyntar known as Carnage. He breaks out of Ryker's, slaughtering half of the staff -and- prisoners alike, before exiting properly.

2013-2018 - Carnage has multiple conflicts with heroes, including those of the Spider Family and even his 'father' Venom. Cletus's mental condition seems to turn more and more corrupted, referring to himself and Carnage (and vice versa) as the same creature.

2020 - Cletus has recently broken out of prison once more. There will be Carnage.

Personality

Amoral:
Cletus Kasady does not have any semblence of the word 'morality'. The words 'good' and 'evil' have no importance to him. Murder is his way of cleaning the world, for both fun, need, and necessity. The only reason why things live is to eventually die. The only reason things stand is so they can fall. There will be no peace...there will only be Carnage.

Insane:
Cletus and Carnage both are ostracized from their respective communities for being uncontrollable, uncontainable, and incapable of being successfully rehabilitated. Now that they have combined, they are both worse than ever before. Cletus is not a sane individual and only desires the pain and agony of others, even if he often approaches as a friend.

Powers

Camouflage:
Carnage is able to hide itself in the form of Cletus's clothes or even jewelry. He is unable to blend into his environment, rather strictly for clothing and other garments.

Constituent Matter:
Carnage can manipulate parts of his body and morph it according to his will. This is not like shapeshifting, but rather he can grow tentacle-like appendages from his body to either hold someone down or for use in combat situations, such as impaling. He could morph his hands into bladed weapons or grow extra arms, or shift his body to make holes in himself, as if to avoid bullets or something charging at him. What he morphs can be expelled from his body, for instance. Spikes potruded from his body can be launched at enemies like projectiles for example.

Full Body Perception:
Much like Spider-Sense, Carnage is able to detect when danger is coming his way through the use of full-body perception. Out of any part of the symbiote, even when non-transformed, Cletus can detect when danger is coming his way. Fortunately for him, and unfortunately for spiders, this allows Cletus to be immune to the Spider-Sense of other spiders, such as Spider-Man and even Venom.

Regeneration:
While Kasady is tough, it's possible to cause him damage. However, Cletus is able to recover from virtually any damage rapidly through the symbiote much faster than any normal human could possibly hope. Cletus can recover lost limbs and missing organs, and is capable of regrowing body parts after they have been removed, such as his head after it was blown off by a shotgun or regrowing a new lower half after it was torn off of him. So long as Cletus remains bonded to Carnage, he's virtually immune to all earth-bourne diseases.

Super Durability:
Cletus is about as bulletproof as any other human. But Carnage? Carnage is effectively bulletproof, even to high caliber bullets. Carnage can survive great impact forces, blunt force trauma, energy attacks, and falls from great heights with no significant injury. He could fight against higher class heroes or villains and hold ground.

Super Stamina:
Cletus possesses the stamina of a normal human being, but as Carnage, he can perform up to 24 hours at peak capacity before fatigue toxins begin to overwhelm him and exhaustion sets in.

Super Strength:
Carnage is among the most physically powerful Klyntars in existence. While Cletus possesses the strength of a regular human male who performs regular exercise, Carnage is fully capable of lifting up to 80 tons. Surprisingly enough, this is not his true limit as his strength can increase with his body mass and size.

Symbiote:
Cletus is the host of the Klyntar symbiote known as Carnage. Among the most powerful (and unstable) of the Klyntars, the Carnage Symbiote is bonded to Cletus on such a personal level that they have been able to reach a strength that is unheard of between Klyntar and their hosts. Cletus is joined to Carnage on a molecular level and Carnage is the source of all of Cletus's superhuman abilities.

Symbiotic Expansion:
Carnage is able to increase it's own body mass by consuming other organisms, such as piles of dead animals or even people. Consuming enough people allows Cletus to become larger in size and increase his strength (as seen in Super Strength). The more nutritious the 'meal' is, the more Carnage gets out of it.

Wall Crawling:
Much like certain spiders, Carnage possesses the ability to cling to any surface, regardless of angle or gravitational pull. Even on slickened surfaces, Carnage can crawl or run along these surfaces with no difficulty.

Webbing:
Carnage is able to extend it's body matter by the way of projecting a powerful, organic web-like substance from his body. This is mostly done as a way to travel via swinging between buildings and other structures as a quicker way of moving around. The webbing is strong, far stronger than a regular athlete could possibly break. The webbing is strong enough to hold back a helicopter, or stop a speeding train if there's enough of it.

Skills

Liar:
Cletus is a gifted liar and manipulator. He often tells lies to get what he desires if he can't kill to get it. He's not an idiot or a moron, he's just a wackjob. He has no qualms about stringing people along, sometimes for years, to get what he wants. No, he does not care about the feelings of others.

Serial Killer:
Cletus is an informally-trained professional killer. For years, he's learned how to kill like a hunter learns to hunt. He knows how to stalk his prey, do his research, up to the what kind of coffee the person likes to drink and who their immediate family is. He's a stone-cold murderer with no regard for human life and it applies here.

As a result, he's extremely good with subtle weapons like knives and handguns, but anything beyond that is...well, beyond him.

Resources

Safehouses:
Cletus has a few grimey houses and the like in case he needs to lay low. They are nothing special, but when the police get after him, they are nice places to catch up on sleep.

Weaknesses

Electricity:
Carnage is extremely vulnerable to electricity and electric/lightning-based attacks. Doing so on Carnage disrupts the Klyntar's ability to hold it's superior form over Kasady, essentially reverting Cletus into a regular human and rendering him vulnerable.

Insanity:
Cletus is criminally insane and a legitimized serial killer. While his sole intentions are to cause destruction and kill others, his tendencies can be manipulated and thus Cletus can unwittingly become a servant and a weapon to others.

Shared Consciousness:
Cletus and Carnage are so bonded that they can speak to each other. While Carnage speaks psionically, Cletus is not a telepath and thus is forced to speak out loud. This makes him seem even crazier to people who happen to witness him.

Sonic:
High decible Sonic attacks or equally loud noises is capable of incapacitating Carnage and Cletus both, the effect paralyzing Cletus and Carnage alike with an extreme amount of physical pain. Prolongued exposure to the sound will cause Cletus and Carnage to fall unconscious.
