Death, the oldest sister of the Endless, is tasked with escorting the soul when their time to end is due.
Unlike lesser Psychopomps such as the Valkyrie, Death can come for the soul of any mortal. For some she is merely a witness to their transition to their afterlife. For others, a kindly and helping hand. And for some, she is simply inevitable.
As she is solely preoccupied with sentient life, Death is considered subservient to the greater ideologue of the Eternals also know as Death.
