Hala is the home planet of the Kree and the seat of power of the Kree Empire. It is a densely populated ecumenopolis with several billion residents. Hala contains the government that administers the state, including housing the AI that directs the greater Kree society: the Supreme Intelligence.
Vast military facilities are on Hala, including dry docks for entire battle fleets and millions of soldiers in garrison. Some of the Kree's best warriors are trained on Hala and quartered there unless otherwise needed.
The majority of Hala's population is Kree. Approximately 5% are off-worlders, and 1% are the 'blue-skinned' Kree that make up the social elite. Hala is not unfriendly to non-Kree but they are not welcoming of visitors either.
