Sersi is an ancient Eternal that is extremely gifted in matter manipulation. She is flighty, fun, and always looking for a good time. She travels throughout the galaxy looking to enjoy herself and is very easygoing. She does things to entertain herself rather than anything grander in mind.

Timeline

Timeline:
* 57,000 BCE: Created as one of the first group of Homo Immortalis by the Celestials, resided in the city of Titanis.

* ~ 40,000 BCE: Amongst the inhabitants of Titanis Sersi has a reputation as a trickster. Over the eons, she is among the most outgoing of the Eternals present. While she cares little for the ongoing experiments that they pursue and are a part of, she accompanies the other Eternals to Earth when they are sent to combat the Deviants.

* ~ 20,000 BCE: As the Eternals split amongst the factions of Kronos and Uranos over the eons, Sersi does not join a side, content to play around with her personal amusements within the Eternals and on Earth, paying little part in the politics and the experiments.

* 15,000 BCE: Ragnarok begins. Sersi is horrified at the conflict amongst the coming Celestials and all that she has known. She joins those Eternals that resist the Celestials directly and becomes a part of the Uni-Mind.

* 10,000 BCE - 1500 BCE: As many of the Eternals move from the ruined city of Titanis to Polaria, Sersi spends little time amongst her own kind. She spends much time on Earth and wandering throughout the galaxy, seeking entertainment, amusement, and companionship. Her time on Earth helps gather her a reputation amongst humanity as a trickster.

* 1500 BCE - 1960 CE: Wanders the Earth as humanity changes, fading into the culture and exploring as she spends much time off Earth wandering the galaxy. Becomes reclusive and interacts little with the rest of the Eternals, focusing instead on humanity. Occasionally coming back and taking part in things but mostly remains uninvolved. May have been the inspiration of such people as Mata Hari. Drawn into conflicts where the other Eternals act against the Deviants or other threats on Earth.

* Modern Era: Earth becomes extremely interesting as the era of heroes begins and the gods become more active on Earth. Sersi returns to spending much of her time on planet, getting caught in the upsweep of culture. She is still prone to wanderlust, moving frequently to experience new people and cultures. Still mostly disconnected from the other Eternals, her growing sense of empathy for humans leads her to assist them in their ever changing world.

* 2017: The death of Superman interests her little, but with other Eternals drawn into various conflicts and actions to protect the Earth, Sersi lends her aid. She does not act extensively nor are her actions well known.

* 2020: The destruction of Genosha horrifies her and she is drawn to lend aid, finally maintaining a more active position with the other Eternals though she does not do so publicly.

* 2023: The heroic era is in full swing, and Sersi wanders the Earth, looking for fun.

Bon Vivant:
No one knows better than Circe that everything changes. Relationships end, people move away, loved ones die. Sersi accepts that this is her every tomorrow, so she tries to make today as enjoyable as it can be.

Extrovert:
Sersi is outgoing amd friendly. She is extremely extroverted and engages with humans and aliens with equal ease and welcome.

Sympathetic:
In her time with humans and aliens, Sersi has developed a strong sense of sympathy towards others. She has a love for humans in general and has been known to use her powers to help them through the ages. She is a positive person, though can tend to be low-key and doesn't mind going overlooked.

Cosmic Awareness:
Sersi has limited cosmic awareness. She can sometimes sense cosmic presences, cosmic events, and Homo Immortalis beings, but her perceptions are dull and easily deceived by concealment. Strong use of cosmic powers, such as the appearance of a Celestial, might be sensed as far away as the edge of a solar system.

Homo Immortalis:
Sersi cannot die of old age. She is not subject to any Earth disease or infirmity. Her body is more resistant to wounds than a human's, and she can use her powers to regenerate rapidly. She is capable of joining a Uni-Mind. Sersi can fly at up to subsonic speeds, lift roughly twenty tons, and also fly with the same amount of weight using telekinesis.

Matter Transmutation:
Sersi is the most skilled Eternal in the field of matter manipulation. She can change an object's composition and shape by altering its molecular makeup. The greater the change, the more effort and energy it takes; for example, changing water to coffee is all but effortless, while changing a Grecian sailor into a pig would take minutes of dedicated effort and be exhausting. Changing a table into a chair wouldn't be hard to do, but it would take several seconds to compose all the necessary materials and force them to take the correct shapes. She can use this power to mimic a wide variety of others; for example, she can alter nearby gravitons to make an object lighter or to allow herself to fly, after a fashion. She can only change things into elements she understands, so things that are out of her experience are not subject to her powers. Because her powers are based on cosmic energy, anything protected against cosmic energy is immune to her powers. Any PC (and their belongings) may only be changed with their explicit, OOC consent.

Telepathy:
Sersi possesses telepathic abilities. She has the generally expected powers being able to read surface thoughts, implant suggestions in people's minds. Any Homo Immortalis may contact Sersi's mind from anywhere within a solar system. Celestials may also do so, with no known range limit to their ability.

Teleportation:
Sersi can teleport at solar system planetary levels of distance (she can teleport from the Eternal city of Polaris to Earth and back without strain). She can take up to three other beings with her while doing so though the process is very debilitating for them.

Artistic:
Sersi is appreciative of various forms of art, and is skilled in its creation as a natural evolution of her powers.

Combat:
Sersi is a moderately skilled combatant, mostly due to her age and the training she has gone through with the other Eternals. She is not particularly skilled by Eternals standards and tends to rely upon her strength and power. She is not a particularly creative fighter nor does she use her matter alteration abilities in it.

Entertainment:
Sersi is a partier. She knows how to have a good time and a thrill. She can entertain beings of almost any species, any scenario, or any time. She's an amazing planner, and very focused upon enjoying herself and making sure everyone does too.

Multilingual:
Sersi is fluent in most major galactic languages conversationally, and can read and write in them. If a language is widespread by galactic standards she has a high probability of knowing it (such as Shi'Ar, Majadestian, Kree, etc).

Eternals:
Sersi is a member of Homo Immortalis, an Eternal. She is more than fifty thousand years old. She has access to the other Eternals (if they feel like helping her), their technology, their cities, and their resources and their parts of the Grand Experiment. She always has a residence on Polaris and their other encampments within the cosmos.

Mother Box:
Sersi has access, as many earth-made Eternals do, to a Mother Box and the powers it has. She does not often have it with her and very rarely uses it to the maximum extent possible. She knows how to use it as well as any other Eternal might have and can easily bring it to her at any point via her teleportation abilities even if she does not have it.

Wealthy:
Sersi is extremely wealthy - not in the sense that she collects things, has investments, or stored riches, but that she can make virtually anything she needs or has to exchange. She can create gold, gems, or virtually anything precious that she could ever need to trade.

Celestials:
The Eternals were made by the Celestials and part of their grand experiment. While Sersi has some ability to resist (she was part of the Eternals that helped drive them away from Earth), ultimately if a Celestial forces her to do something, she cannot stop herself.

Enemies:
The Eternals have made many enemies throughout the eons - the Deviants, other cosmic entities that see them as threats, those that want revenge for what the Celestials have done, beings that want to experiment them and use their powers, and even other Eternals at times!

Public:
Sersi is a very public persona that is well known and easily identifiable. She makes little attempt to hide who she is as a powered being nor does she have separate identities. She does not identify herself as an Eternal or expose others of her kind that do not wish to be so, but she can easily be tracked at any time.

Radion:
The Celestials put within Eternals a failsafe. Exposure to Radion rapidly drains them of their stores of cosmic energies, and renders them helpless. Prolonged exposure can lead to powerlessness or even permanent death.

As the planet errupts in chaos, the Tamaraneans fight of the Citadelians to reclaim their starports and attempt evacuation, and the heroes do what they can to save as many souls as possible. Diana manages to briefly pinkie-lasso the big guy, and reveals a weak point: the obscure device known as the Ultimate Nullifier.
