Stormwatch is a task force assigned to the [[[DEO|Department of Extranormal Affairs]]]. It is a quasi-military team consisting almost entirely of metahumans produced by the [[[Weapon Plus]]] program or recruited into it. Stormwatch liases with the Department of Defense and [[[SHIELD]]] to address threats specifically affecting the United States.
