A demesne claimed by the collective members of the Shinto pantheon known as the Kami. It is relatively inaccessible to mortals save for the use of carefully guarded magics and specific gateways. The Heavenly Court is primarily used as a meeting ground for the bureaucracy that sustains the Kami, and for the Council of the gods when in session.
