Chthon is an ancient and hostile member of the First Gods. Brother to Gaea, he settled the Demiurge millions of years ago. Chthon is an active and malevolent presence, made all the more difficult by the immense power he wields as a First God. He frequently attempts to draw mortal souls to him to increase his power, and his schemes often involve overthrowing his nephew Atum in an attempt to gain control over the Demiurge itself.
Chthon's essential essence was permanently trapped under Mount Wundagore by the Knights of the Round.
