Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman is just now stepping off the elevator. The big man may look a bit like a hoodlum, but he has a stethoscope around his neck, and is carrying a old school black leather doctor's satchel. He looks around as he heads over towards the reception desk to check on something.

Kitora Alua has posed:
It's Thursday. Kitora Alua, who sometimes goes by 'Horizon', normally volunteers at a soup kitchen in Mutant Town. So she finished traveling by flying through the air and lands on the roof of the neighboring building - trying to not be too obvious. Though it's hard to mistake her when she's using her powers for she is glowing like some eldritch demon. She slowly slides down the side of the building into an alley, trying not to make too much noise, but the alley _is_ glowing red. She lands on the ground, now standing upright like everyone else, taking a deep breath, and turns off her powers, and soon enough she looks like a normal teenage girl, except with fire-truck-red hair and eyes. She starts heading towards Hope House, checking in at the front desk for kitchen duty.

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman looks over to the girl who is walking up, and motions for her to go ahead of him. He does not seem to be in a hurry. "Hello." He offers in greeting giving her a quick once over, and hmms not having seen her about before.

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua nods slowly as she heads to the back and starts to prepare some food for the crowd, hmmmming happily as she whistles, content with what she is doing, helping those in need. She glances at the guy who let her pass, wondering what his story is, eyebrow raised at the sunglasses. Here, in Mutant Town, she doesn't bother hiding her eyes. She's glad that's all she really has to do when not using her powers.

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman will talk to the receptionist a moment, and opens his bag, and pulls out a couple white paperbags, and hands them to the woman, and says"This is for Mr. Guino, and that is for Miss Hanners." He tells her of the two bags. After a bit more conversation he will hmm and nods a bit. Seems one of the volunteers was not able to show, so he ends up heading into the back to help as well. One of the other volunteers greet him with a "Hey Doc."

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua glances over as she's already got a large cauldron going with a big batch of soup. "Oh hi! This is my second week here while I'm on summer vacation. Name's Kitora." She smiles as she keeps stirring. "'Doctor', huh?"

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman looks over and nods his head a bit "Yea, I run the clinic here in town, Robert Marksman." One of the others adds "Yea Doctor, and run half the community projects out of the hotel." He just smiles and says "Just trying to help folks out." He looks to the woman in charge of the kitchen and says "What you need me to do?" She tells him, lets put your cutting skills to a less messy use." She tells him and assigns him to chopping veggies.

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua hmmmms happily as she shifts around to start working on the stew meat, working on it. She is keeping an eye on the stew as she is preparing the meat as Robert is making the veggies. "I'm on summer break between junior and senior years of high school. I'm big into cooking so like to help."

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods his head a bit to this and says "Oh, you new to the area Kitora? I don't think I have seen you around here before." He admits. "It is good to see folks helping out their community." He admits.

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Aluashakes her head. "I normally am upcountry. Just thought I'd help out in Mutant Town. For..." She gestures to her eyes... her ruby-red eyes. "I could very well have been here myself. Heck, I could be using my powers to help, but I thought it'd be scary so I'm not. This is fine - I love cooking."

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman smirks a bit and nods. He lowers his own glasses a moment, and she can see the glowing red eyes "A bit light sensitive." He tells her explaining the glasses. "So if I may ask, what are your powers?"

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua nods slowly. "Gravity," she muses softly. "I can manipualte gravity - in some aspects it's similar to a telekinesis, I suppose. But when I use my powers, I look very VERY disturbing. So try not to use them around normal people." She shrugs as the meat and the veggies you were doing ended up in the pot as she is stirring it. "Good - it's almost ready..." she muses, tasting and adding some salt and other seasonings. She glances twoards the oven where the bread should be almost fininshed baking.

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods, and says "I manipulate energy in a few ways myself, and the one that seems to find the most use around here, is I can see through most things, comes in handy saving on x-rays."

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua nods slowly. "That _would_ be quite useful for a doctor." She then squints at you. "Should I get some lead underwear?" she asks, eyebrow raised. "You're not a pervy doctor, are you?' she asks, waggling her finger at you as she continues working on the stew.

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman chuckles a bit and says "Not to bad at least, and no worries, I may be in my early twenties still, but knownwell enough not to flirt or what not with girls under 18 that get you thrown under the jail." He tells her with a smile.

Kitora Alua has posed:
Kitora Alua smiles. "That isn't a concern... but anyway. Just a common thing when someone says they can see through things. Glad that you're one of the good ones, Doc."

Robert Marksman has posed:
Robert Marksman nods a bit to this and says "Yea, trust me, I have heard it a quite q few times." He offers with a smile in return. The two continue to chat some while prepping food and helping the people of Hope House.
