Synopsis: Aurora learns some more tips of the trade from MJ.
Cast of Characters: Jeanne-Marie Beaubier, Mary Jane Watson

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
Quite amazingly, Jeanne-Marie lucked out into a tourism campaign of all things, that gave her a chance to feature along-side Mary Jane Watson. Pretty exciting. She's done her best, not even making a big deal out of working next to Mary Jane, but when they got themselves a moment of quiet between shoots, she made sure to approach, "hey...nice to finally get to work with you. Heard you've been real picky with your projects lately? Not doing as much modelling?"

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
She doesn't do a lot of modeling these days. Her main job takes up most of her time. But she enjoys it on the side. IT helps keep her fresh and she has to keep herself motivated. So she's more than happy to on the very rare times that her schedule lets her. "HEy there." She would smile over at Jeanne-Marie, "You're going to make me blush and feed my ego. I've been trying to get a lot of theatre stuff lately and had no real luck. Modeling's pretty nice, it gives me cash for at least a fwe weeks on my rent."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"Ah...transitioning to acting? Haven't tried that...well, not seriously, I do some risque superhero stuff which is fun, but, not really high drama...or require that much acting at all, really," Aurora nods, looking a bit disappointed, "but playing pretend is fun...you ever managed to get an actual role?" She chuckles at that last bit about the up side of it, "we're pretty much professionally good looking for a living, I guess. Not as involved as rocket science, but still has its perks."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson smiles, "Well, I always wanted to go into acting. Was a theatre major in college. I think I'm having a hard reminder you start at the bottom and work your way up. I tend to be a lot of 'Extra #17' types in them. My last modeling gig was in a commercial for a toothpaste girl. They dubbed over my voice." She would grin, "So, most of my stuff is show up, look pretty, smile."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"You were? I had no clue, that's cool, what was your favorite role in college?" Aurora asks in fascination, sipping her coffee and really listening in, as if she might glean some secrets to success. "I can do that much, ha ha, I mean...knowing posturing and such is a skill!" Aurora notes, before wondering, "what roles would you like to do?"

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "Well, I always loved Shakespeare in the Park. Just you see so many different people playing roles in so many different things. And I'd really love to try Lady Macbeth someday. Just so many different takes on her."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"I heard of that Shakespeare in The Park thing," Aurora shows recognition, but from the looks of it, likely haven't really seen it. "Oh, Lady Macbeth? What's her story...?" And apparently she's not overly familiar with classics.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would nod, "It's classic Shakespeare. There's an up and coming lord who wants to gain power, but the only way he can do it is with the removal of other nobles. He's very hesitant on it and his wife, Lady Macbeth, wants power as well so pushes him to take it and schemes."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"That sounds pretty cool," Aurora admits, by the look on her face, she is actually trying to visualize the story, as she murmurs, "by the way, I might be getting a role in a new production, but it's not a speaking role...just gotta look sexy."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "That's great. And.. Well, hate to say it, but that's how a lot of things start. It's a way to make contacts at least. Or if you're really desperate get enough money for a cuople days of rent. And if the folks are nice maybe some new clothes when the shooting is done."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"It's true, I don't expect really to be taken for anything else...it's kinda my brand, I guess?" Aurora shrugs, not thinking too deeply into it. She just looks grateful to get casted at all. "Oooo! I didn't think about asking to keep the costume! Thanks for the tip!" She finger pistols at MJ, grinning.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "YOu're welcome. And I've gotten some nice things that way. They tend to fit too." She would grin over at Jeanne-Marie. "And they can be really cool. And being an extra on a set isn't the worst thing. I tcan get super repeitive and boring but it can be easy."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"Oh? You'll have to show me, anything like a sexy superhero outfit?" Aurora asks curiously, "I've done my fair share of cosplaying gigs, so I'm kinda into those." She laughs at that last bit, "oh, easy is so my style!"

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would laugh, "That really depends on the shoot you're going for. And if they are they'll be really cheap ones. Pretty much few pieces of spandex that may have some random things sewn onto them. No one cares how good they come out if you're just an extra." She would giggle.

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"Oh, they usually invest in them more when you do crowd interaction, it's awesome. I had a Captain Marvel outfit that really slayed," Aurora shares, before admitting, "well, it may have been a little more revealing than what -she- actually wears...ha."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would shake her head, "Oh? If you're doing con things you'll get a lot higher quality stuff, particularly if you take the time and know how to make them. I can only sew patches on jeans so I'm no help. But I bet there's events where you'll see some of the folks you're dressing up as go to."

Jeanne-Marie Beaubier has posed:
"Yeah, I've seen quite a few, but I like to do zero work myself...it's usually taken care of by whoever I do the job for. Spokesperson roles, booth roles, they're not bad." Aurora looks at her phone, and bites her lower lip, "speaking of which, I do have a gig I should be getting to...living gig to gig," she then taps her temple, "assuming I remember, I am guilty of missing out a few. Oopsy."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smiles, "Got it. Totally get it." She would wave over with a hand, "Enjoy your gig. And the downside of having it easy is just all the time that you wait." She would qiup over while going to give a wave, "Good luck and try and perfect the art of being ble to sleep while standing up with your eyes open so it looks like you're paying atention."
