Franklin Richards has posed:
Franklin was walking through the aleys in The Glades, as he had tried to get back to the Nightclub again, though it was way too late. The call for help that had interupted him was a trap by Hydra, as for some reason a major branch had decided that Franklin had interferd into their world so was a threat that needed to be cleared from the table. After fighting off a helecopter, and a few people he had disquised himself and hid from them until he could disapear from New York all togher.

Franklin did not know a few things though, one is that were on to his hide in plain sight, and the other is they had been following him a time before they attacked. They did not know why, but this was where Franklin goes. So as Franklin walks down the sidewalk happy with himself as he thought it rather easy to not only get away but have a place to hide the signal went out enabling site two.

Over the radio all through the Glads come the.. "Beep... Beep.. A emergancy had been declearied, please stay inside.. A emergancy had been declearied, please stay inside." that repeats on the broadcast network. The police would be getting a call, and told from highers in the goverment not to interfier as it was containment. As far as they go this is just a leagle detainment of some meta, no idea it was Franklin Richards.

This is when the trucks full of men start coming into town. They knew he was here, and Franklin did not know about it yet as he was just outside not by any radio. His phone had been destroyed in the blast that had destroyed his clothing leaving only the Fantastic Four Suit on him so he did not get the notification their either as loads of people start entering town.

Patrolling is a necessary part of being a vigilante hero. Especially in Starling City. Especially as Green Arrow. There are just some things that have to be done and right now, that is what the Green Arrow is doing.

Green Arrow is definitely on comms with the rest of Team Arrow as he traverses the rooftops in the Glades with precise grapple arrow timing. When the message comes across the comms, he's already switching directions thanks to Felicity's triangulation skills. Being nearby helps and having someone like Felicity at the computer makes things even easier.

"On my way." is tossed into the comms and to everyone else on Team Arrow that might/should/hopefully be paying attention as well!

Thea Queen has posed:
Thea is jumping across a rooftop when the call comes. Overwatch detected the signal, then the armored trucks come in. Right into the Glades, unannounced properly. This reeked of foul play. "Red Arrow reporting." she states on comms. No more Speedy!

"Whoever is doing has some major pull to be able to get troops right in the middle of our city." She says over comms as she takes another path to start moving closer to where the emergency is said to be in. Getting those parkour moves to action, a jump across to another building, grabbing a metal bar, swinging over to emergency stairs before she begins converging on site.

Good thing that she is in the Glades when it comes up. So she isn't taking long getting there. "Almost there, think I beat you to the place, Greenie." bit of a tease sent on comms to her brother.

Wait, since when was this a race?

Franklin Richards has posed:
Site two, a abandoned building in the glades where they had just recently set up, front door opens as they look to see they are an empty street before waving their people out to the SUV's outside. These men looked wierd as they wore a green jumpsuit with yelow gloves, and straps that went to a green backpack. Each of their faces covered with a green cowl though only rounded at the top. If people reconise it, it would be Hydra operators inside of starling city, and on the move.

They knew Franklin was close so as a couple groups of ten leave geeting into four cars they start splitting up to get 'eyes on' and radio in back-up.

They had dart guns with traqualizers inside of them, and they had a collar that was usually used on mutants though only one in each bunch. The back-up would look more militaristic like US wise, and were dropping people off at the entrances to block escape, and bringing more inside to be the backup.

Of course all of this was happening right as Franklin is walking out to the main street looking to where to go next as he wasn't even sure he should stay here as lady luck was not on his side the building the hydra troops just a block down the road. From the rooftops a few things would be clear. Franklin is standing on the sidewalk looking lost, the hydra agents that were getting in one points and asks the others. "Isn't that him." as the whole group turns to face him realising that he is being pointed at. One of the other agents hit him, "Dang it Bob.. Stop pointing." with Bob just responding, "We aren't supposed to use names remember."

So as most the hydra agents are now making their way either into the car, and in general towards Franklin one goes back inside to call for back-up. Bob knew when to retreat, and just call others as it was how he made it in a tough world of a Hydra agent. As he would not be seen again after this running away after he did his part.

Oliver Queen has posed:
"Stay Alert, Red Arrow. This is no time for games." Green Arrow's trying his best to sound like he actually believes that. But Thea knows his voice and it's very likely just a distraction tactic so that he can swing around the next top of the building and leap off towards one leading to Site Two.

"... last one there cleans uniforms for a month."

With a tuck and a roll, Green Arrow's landing puts him near enough to the action for his telescopic lenses to be a lot more helpful so that he can actually get a better read on the situation.

He's actually a little too focused on what HYDRA is doing in his city to recognize Franklin or if Thea's already on this rooftop. Which Queen won? A question for another night.

"Overwatch, see if you can find out why HYRDA might be in town. I'm on site but I bet there's more to it." Green Arrow's already reaching for an arrow.

Thea Queen has posed:
Too close to call. That's what Thea will go with if anyone asks. Because these delicate fingertips weren't made to cleaning uniforms for a month. They were made for sword-fighting. And bows!

Getting into the roof where Oliver is she swiftly makes her way to the edge, one foot up on the ledge and she looking over the gathered. Various mercs. Trained men, not the ordinary type of thugs they find around. "They look above the usual mobster thug." her eyes narrow and then ....

Someone familiar down in the street. The uniform is perhaps a bit out of place in Starling but she recognizes it quick enough. The young man was at the Verdant just a few nights ago after all.

"That's Franklin Richards." She calls out, "Fantastic Four.." she notes how one of them is pointing at Franklin. "And by the looks of it they are after him. Or recognized him too." she brings out her bow as well, along as an arrow, a jerk of her wrist as the bow snaps into place.

As the cars come Franklin squints at them, and then raises both eyebrows in shock. "How the heck did you..." but he has to stop to hold a hand up "Whoa now." as lots of little darts start coming his way though stopping in the air as if they had hit a wall. The cars start fanning off to try to block him here so he can not return to the alleys, and other traffic would be blocked from entering as well. Realising it too late as he turns to try to run he see's his way blocked, the shooting has stopped as one of the men riding on the side of one hops off to converse with him, though as Franklin see's the store front he is infront of he smiles a bit turning to face the man much more confidently. Neither group knows about the people up there, but something about what he had seen had relaxed him a bunch though the store is just a closed clothing store.

In a heavy german accent the leader looks at him speaking as if he was in charge, "I have heard you are all powerfull, but here you stand trapped boy." he looks at Franklin with distain, and even scowls a bit. With a chuckle Franklin looks over at him, "You were supposed to say there is nothing I can posses that you can not take away." grinning a bit at the other actually taller man.

The German man speaks again, "You think this is a game.. We have much in store for.." then stops as Franklin holds up a finger in a shush a moment sign looking around a little bit before turning to look at the man. "You really have no idea what my powers are do you?" and chuckles again. "You will... very soon."

The German man steps back and holds his hand up as he is about to tell his people to fire upon Richards again.

While this is happening the trucks are getting much closer now, though they may not even be needed if you go by the German man's logic. There is also a 'Wump Wump" noise in the night sky, but that is far off though there isn't just one of them.

Oliver Queen has posed:
It's unclear what arrow Green Arrow has nocked into his bow but there's really no time like the present to make Team Arrow's presence known.

"Let's give these boys a warm welcome, Red Arrow." comes the one liner from Oliver as he draws back on his bow and lets the arrow fly!

As the arrow tears through the air it starts emitting a sonic wailing that should be quite distressing to the ears of the HYDRA people that are nearby. Franklin might have to deal with it too but Ollie figures he's meta so maybe there's some protection there somewhere. Either way, that Sonic Arrow should throw the HYDRA soldiers off their game enough for his dramatic arrival from the rooftop above!

Landing with a silent soft step and another nocked arrow, this time aimed at the German Man that was talking a little too much stuff, Oliver's voice modulator is in full audio enhancement mode.

"HYDRA!" The Green Arrow stalks his prey. "You are invading my city." Even Oliver tries not to smirk at that. "Leave. Now."

Green Arrow might also be making sure that attention comes his direction so that Red Arrow can get the drop on these fools.

"While you still can."

Thea Queen has posed:
"He's going all Neo there..." Thea comments when those darts seem to stop mid-air to striking Franklin. Bit of a smirk on her expression when Oliver then suggests they give Hydra a warm welcome. "You have read my mind." a couple of arrows join Oliver's, flying through the air to hit the ground near the various groups of Hydra. Did she miss?! Not really for a moment a later they are popping into smoke. Not -on- them directly but creating some more distraction, creating a corridor so that their attention will invariably need to fall on Oliver.

And also make it so Thea can approach without being seen. Smoke and mirrors, tricks of a ninja. Malcolm Merlyn would be proud!

From his vantage point Franklin can probably see the smaller Red Arrow sneaking closer to the scene, a drop to a lower platform. With it being Hydra she knows they won't most likely surrender. So she gets ready to bring the pain when action starts. And as she finds a perch closer she again knocks an arrow to her bow, string stretched and she aiming towards the group of bad guys..

Franklin Richards has posed:
Something strange happends as Green Arrow is about to shoot that arrow. Franklin looks at the German man and other the raise a hand to protect himself he covers his ears. It doesn't completly cut out the results, as it even makes him flinch a little, but he is able to start moving when it goes off dashing away towards one of the cars. He turns, and as he is about to hit the car the side wobbles like it is some Matrix movie as Franklin goes right through the car to the other side hopping right through the whole thing as if he was just a liquid one would pass through though as it is empty one will not see what happends when it is used on a human as Franklin is coming out the other side the engine is falling out the front, and the chairs are slowly sinking it before he can turn it off again.

As the men around him are grabbing their ears, the german man looks at the Green Arrow the smoke behind him to the side where it was shot filling the air. He speaks loudly. "You should listen to the warnings and go!" he waves a hand turning he adds, "We are not here for you.... Wait.. Where is he!" he yells at the others now also coming out of the sound issue. Despite you warning he seems to ignore you completly as he barks his orders to Find him loudly at the others before turning back to look at Green Arrow completly losing sight of Thea.

"If you interupt again I shall report you.. Now go chase your criminals." and turns his back on him going to yell at his group more. The people are starting to spread out, and while the Arrows are low on their priority list they would shoot if interupted again. The Trucks can be heard now very closely as one with another twenty people though not wearing they Hydra outfits are just a few blocks away now.

Thea was spotted though Franklin just gave the red one a wink as he went through the car not really knowing who it was. His hidding spot will be found out soon, but Thea has a clear angle from the ground behind smoke at them, and Green Arrow the rooftops still. They have completly disregarded both of them as their target was only Franklin.

Oliver Queen has posed:
"Report This."

Green Arrow releases the arrow that sails at The German Man with more speed and velocity than it has any need to be doing. As it gets closer to the target's face, the tip of the arrow breaks apart and the sudden inflation of what, appears to be, uh, well, it's a green boxing glove.

WHAM?!

Green Arrow's nowhere near the spot he just was as he's on the move and looking to start putting HYDRA men down without a second thought. He's drawing (normal) arrows and firing them with speed and accuracy as he attempts to make a visual impact on this crowded scene.

He's also making sure to aim for every HYDRA agent that he knows Red Arrow is not going for as they should be working in so much tandem by this point that this will be a piece of cake to handle.

Thea Queen has posed:
As someone wise once said, We have the high ground, and bows, and arrows that will .....

"Did you just use the boxing arrow?" Incredulity on Thea's voice on comms. She will have to talk with Diggle about having all those removed!

Arrows start showering over the scene, a couple sent to two of the thugs, hitting on shoulders before a moment later they electrocute the men. A bit vicious perhaps but this is THEIR city. They will learn a lesson here tonight.

And work in tandem is indeed something they do very well, covering fire from Thea when Ollie needs it and vice-versa, alternating their targets.

"Franklin is over behind the smoke. Let's provide him some cover to escape." She suggests, a few arrows flying by, not too far from Franklin to go hit a couple of hydra mercs.

Franklin Richards has posed:
As the large man gets hit with the boxing arrow he falls as it surprising works the man just turning to look at the arrow again and is knocked down. As arrow launches himself into combat, there are several people shooting at where he was at, but as the second and third person go down he would realise something. They are not falling back, or disorganised like a gang. When he pops up to shoot there is usually a "There!" and the darts will come as they seem uncaring about their fallen fellow agents. Though he is taking out at least a few he can see the lights of the large truck coming as well as it stops to start unloading more people into this situation.

For Oliver it is going well, though with twenty people three or four people don't make a difference. The smell of bitter almond hitting the air if he gets too close most of them shot just foaming in the mouth they realised they were out of combat and did themselves in.

Behind the car Franklin sighs, he wanted to help, but he really didn't want to kill someone for doing their job, but they were not giving him much of a choice. So other then run, as Thea the two are just taking them down one after the other as the other truck is now unloading what looks to be more people Franklin stands up again. He looked at the two archers with a sad smile as he knew what he had to do, and then at a small group for five people who had broken off from the group to look for Franklin.. "Stop." and when they pointed their guns he said again.. "Stop." the group of Hydra agents that had had been all just stopped in place. One that was midstep was off balanced when it happened he falls hitting the ground, and shattering. Franklin sighs a bit, as he looked back at the group of more people coming out of the truck, and about five that were left from Hydra already here.

Of course he had no idea what thier plans were, but he couldn't just leave them to face this. "Last warning.." he says though now Franklins eyes glow a bit blue, as he starts hovering into the air. The Wump Wump noises are actually close now, and most the people firing stop to look up now as the blue glowing individual. As Franklin points there is a giant light in the sky almost like a laser though arked up as it leaves the planet off into space though he had aimed for where he calculated the sun would be. Everything that was in the beam, though thankfully it was only a couple helicopters is gone vaporized as if it was not even there as Franklin looks back down at the group.

Green Arrow is in the middle of firing an arrow in the direction of one HYDRA agent that was about to get a little too close to Red Arrow for comfort when the suggestion comes through his comms.

"Got it." is better than affirmative and Oliver doesn't even have to look before he fires a pair of Flashbang Arrows in the general direction of those HYDRA Agents that might be attempting to get a bead on Franklin. Those should blind them for a couple of moments.

Green Arrow flings a couple more arrows at random HYDRA agents when Franklin does his thing. His eyes widen slightly behind his domino mask and he actually lowers his bow for a moment. There's an arrow nocked in it just in case but he's got to take a moment to marvel at what just kind of happened.

"Uh. I'm getting the feeling he didn't actually need our help, Red Arrow." Which is a much sassier way of asking: DID YOU FREAKING SEE THAT? He can't be showing too much impressedness as these are, of course, HIS streets in HIS city.

Thea Queen has posed:
As Thea notes some of them starting to off themselves instead of capture she shifts her MO a touch, moving in up close and personal, dropping from the elevated platform she was in. She collapses the bow into a pair of batons and starts to unleash some beatdown, making sure to put some of them unconscious.

Yet that happens mostly until the reinforcements start coming. They might be getting overwhelmed soon enough.

"We need to start thinking on an exit strategy..." BOOOM, the helicopters get vaporized. It makes Thea pause. It makes the Hydra goon she was fighting pause. She knocks him out in a swift blow to the head and then she says on comms. "Y-yea..., I saw it." it's the kind of powers she isn't too used to seeing, even with her various encounters with Asgardians.

She waits to see what the others will do, but she expects Hydra will be fleeing reaaaal fast now.

Franklin Richards has posed:
The plan worked, as some slowly, others turning and running. All four hydra againts just say "Hail Hydra." though you can tell their heart isn't it it as they all fall and hit the ground. As the others run Franklin slowly floats down again. There is obvious sweat on his head, and he actually stumbles just a little bit when he lands though covers it by leaning on one of the left cars. "Yea... Get out of here.. Go!" and yells at them like he was ready to go twelve more rounds. Just by looking at him though one who knew what it look like could tell he was exhausted as he had let out more then he ment to.

As the signal goes off again.. "Beep... Beep.. This was a test, only a test.. If it were a real warning instructions would of followerd. Thank you for your cooperation." and then that repeats again, as it seems everyone is backing off as they now know who they were messing with the goverment having a flag on his name about do not disturb. The only proof that they were even here would be the twenty men that would dispear too eventually as they were not anyone serious just minons.

Franklin looks over at the Arrows, and nods. "Thank you." he says in a low voice not having the energy to put on too much a front. He looks around "I just.. Need to.." and starts stumbling away the instinct to head somewhere kicking in more then wanting to leave them here. He really isn't sure where he is going to head from here.

Oliver Queen has posed:
With the altercation over, Green Arrow puts away his weapons upon his wary approaching of Franklin. He's more just making sure to walk near Red Arrow in case he needs to make sure she doesn't get harmed or anything. It's some kind of weird sibling instinct or something, probably. Could be visually chalked up to cool slow motion Team Arrow walking cinematics, as well.

"Can you make it out of the city?" Green Arrow is all business as he figures that something like whatever Franklin just did might be kind of taking a toll. Ollie knows a lot of metas and, well, things like that don't happen too often.

There is a slightly genuine worry to his voice modulated tone.

"We can handle things from here." And by those things he means Starling PD and the potential mess that's going to be covered on the news after all this. Then again, it is the Glades so it might not ever be mentioned again.

Thea Queen has posed:
With the various hydra retreating and bringing their fallen, injured or worse, with them all that is left are the two vigilantes and Franklin. Red Arrow slides the collapsed bow back at the harness, padding quietly in approach. There's some worry on her expression, both at what happened but also at the condition Franklin seems to be in.

A subtle nod is given to Ollie. She is fine even if she took a few blows from the Hydra goons though her leather armor seems to have absorbed most of it. And nothing that a jacuzzi bath won't cure later.

"We can bring you somewhere if you need." She adds to Oliver's offer, her own voice modulated to not really sound anything close to how Thea does.

There's a questioning look on her face when she looks at Ollie again, as if urging the man to offer his help.

Franklin Richards has posed:
Franklin looks up at the Green Arow and smiles, "You guys got cabs?" and chuckles lightly as he stopped moving forward he turns, "Sorry for what I did to them." he nods to the frozen solid men, though could mean the helicopter pilots as well. He sighs with a shrug, "They wouldn't of stopped until they pushed me far enough, but it is always tough." he sighs a bit, turning to look down the street. "Now they will know.. Do you think that will help or hurt me?" he chuckles a bit.

He looks at the red one and shakes his head at her. "No I live in New York, I usually fold space over and back." he stops leaning against one of the cars to talk he tries to explain. "There is only one person here, and I think I would rather face the Hydra agents then embarass myself to ask her to crash there." and chuckles a bit at that one. He shakes his head, "I don't know what I was thinking. This is way too dangerous." he waves his hands around at the dead people. "Good luck on clean-up, if any of those hydra guys are alive don't keep them for long. If they even know the combination to the door they will come to kill them." he warned as no-one liked surprise kill-squads. He thinks and reaches for a pocket.. Then looks up realising he doesn't even have his phone then chuckles, "Maybe a phone call would be nice." he suggests as he realises how distant he really is without his powers.

Oliver Queen has posed:
"HYDRA's always a bad time." is all the Green Arrow has to say about the villainy and the potential for more coming down the pipeline. "One reason why I do my damndest to keep them out of my city." Oliver doesn't want to sound blame-y but there's just a bit of it there. He can't help it. It's his city!

Red Arrow's expressive nudging has the Green Arrow doing just the quickest of eye rolls beneath that mask of his. There's just a bit of hesitation before he pats his shoulder and digs into the pocket sewn there to come out with a black and green phone. It's a burner, obviously, but it does get held out for Franklin to use.

"Quickly. Starling PD'll be along soon."

The Green Arrow's gruffness may have something to do with all the dead bodies. But it's fine. Really. He'll figure it out.

Franklin Richards has posed:
Franklin nods, and understands as he also believes it to be his fault so hears the little bit in there. He doesn't say anything for a bit listening to him though he does reach out for the phone. "Do not worry. I will not return." he says in a calm voice, as he did have travel follow him like a big magnet and he did not want to put these people in risk... They had only bows what if that showed up for him. Franklin looks at the arrow with a sadness that he knew it was the safest away from people as usual.

He dialed into the phone and after a moment started talking.. "Hey.. Yea I need a lift. Yea that was me. You saw that?" he sighs a bit. Looking at Green, and Red Arrow for a moment considering if Cosmic energy was radioactive though they should be fine so didn't worry about it for now. "Yea just bring the Jet."

After a bit of logistics of getting and telling her the address he ends a call with, "And don't tell the parents. Cause I am older." and then hangs up quickly to a still talking voice. He nods, and tosses the phone back to him. "She will find me." he takes a few steps away from the bodies to sit down as he was not a wanted man nor a guilty one so did not run from the police.
