Gotham, The Narrows. Afternoon.
There's a mechanics garage in a corner of one of The Narrows' degraded streets, with an annex to it serving as a workshop. It's in this workshop that a teenage boy is about, watching a number of videos on... Well restorations, forging, woodturning, the works. He watches them avidly, and not very far is a working forge, heating up a few pieces of metal poured into a container a while back.
- Nessa Donovan has posed:
Although Gotham might not be everyone's favorite place to walk, Nessa finds it nice to get out and have some different surroundings. The degraded streets, even if not scenic, don't bother her as she heads in the direction of said workshop. There's a confidence that comes with knowing you have a solution to "rougher" problems that might be around. As she approaches, she checks her phone to make sure that she's both got the right address and the pictures on her phone before she knocks on the door of the annex.
It'd probably be pretty awkward if she got the wrong place, after all.

Well, a look at the inside, and you can see it's the right place. There are several restored items that are for sale, like clocks, electronics, camping items like compasses - no weapons, though. In this part of the city, that's really an invitation for being raided.
When Nessa approaches, there's an alarm that rings * DING DONG! *, and he looks towards the door, pauses the video, and smiles. "Greetings! What can I do for you, Miss?"

Nessa lifts a hand, waving slightly in response as the alarm rings. She steps inside, her gaze sweeping over the various restored items. "Hi, sorry if I'm bothering you. I just saw that you do restorations and I thought I'd check in and see what kind of stuff you do."
- Caleb Dykstra has posed:
"No bother at all", Caleb says, "I was just going through some ideas. Inspiration and stuff."
Listening to the question, he nods, "Well, I like to restore basically whatever I can get my hands on, if you can imagine." He points to a table clock, "From small parts and pieces", and to the forge, "to some good old smithing." He adds, "Guns and weapons are restricted, though; will need a permit and an ownership title for those."
