Flower Power!

Synopsis:	Veira is gardening with her red thumb and Jan's getting along well with work practice!

Veira Lazarescu has posed:
Veira had a ton of vacation banked and she'd been told if she didn't use it she was going to lose it. She didn't want that. So the Romanian woman had decided to take a few weeks off and focus on some things around the estate. One of those things was transforming a patch of lawn she'd found into a garden. It was also a surprise for Jan as she knew he did like flowers.

Plus it would help out to have flowers for bees, butterflies and birds. They were good polinators.

If Jan arrives home he'd find the door to the back door open, with the screen door in place so no bugs get into the house. The dogs are outside as well, playing with toys that they had around and delighting in the warm weather. Veira herself is dressed in one of her old pairs of jeans, a old worn t-shirt and bare feet as she works with getting the seeds into the newly tilled land. She was going to need a shower at some point though!

Jan de Wit has posed:
Practice never ends - today was at the theater, as opposed to his private studio. It was always nice to come home, especially when his fiancee was already there! Placing his workout clothes in the wash, he then heads out back as he hears the barking of the pups.

He grins as he spots her in the garden, chuckling more as the pups get the zoomies and bolt around the yard at his arrival. "How goes the green thumb, love?" He asks, moving over to kiss the top of her head. "How has your day been?"

Veira Lazarescu has posed:
Veira gives a chuckle when the dogs start to get excited because their dad is home, "Alright you little devils let him keep his knees." she shakes her head at that. They were good and don't jump though. Thankfully.

"More like a red thumb with me." she admits as he kisses the top of her head. She takes a moment to hug him and there is a soft sigh at his smell, "It is better now that you are home." she admits. "How was practice?" she asks him.

Jan de Wit has posed:
Jan smirks. "They are good - they know it's hard to catch me unawares - so they wait until I am sleeping." He chuckles, his hand moving to the small of her back as they talk.

"Thorns, or cheating with magic?" Jan teases. He hugs her warmly, clearly happy with the contact. "Practice was good - the troupe is making quick work of learning the routines."

Veira Lazarescu has posed:
Veira gives a grin to that, "Our littlest one decided to hide at the bottom of the stairs today and try to sneak attack my socks." she muses to that. "They're good kids though. All in all." she admits. She leans back a little to look to his eyes. "I found a thorn or two, but it was just old bushes that needed to be pruned back to let new growth in." she tells him. "But I do have magic that effects plants as well, it's why I tend to cultivate my at home plants better." she comments. "I'm glad things are going well." she grins to him.

"Are you hungry?" she asks him.

Jan de Wit has posed:
He smiles to her, shaking his head. "Vicious ambush predators." Jan chuckles. "Socks are quite wily as prey." A nod, his hand bringing hers to his lips to kiss - dirt or not. "Are the plants going to animate, like those sitcoms of horror families?" The man winks.

"Food would be good, shower too. Perhaps in reverse order, yes?"

Veira Lazarescu has posed:
"They really are. Worse than wolves in the Carpathians." Veira tells him. There is a soft smile when he kisses her hand, "They will not animate, no." she chuckles to that. "I mean, if I could get one of those tough ivy vines I could probably use it to wrap someone up, but...not on their own." she admits. "And I'm not cutting the heads off my roses, even with as much as I love Morticia Addams." she winks to him.

"Mmm. I think shower then food would be perfect. Do you want me to order while we get a shower?" she grins to that.
