Micola Maximoff has posed:
This holiday weekend Micola and Pietro were enjoying a very different atmosphere than they had been last year. This year there was a freshly painted and furnished house that they were slowly moving into and making their own. They were married and expecting their twin girls any time now. Especially if the girls had their way. While Micola might have been a bit grumbly about things, she was absolutely overjoyed to be on this journey with Pietro.

And last year was just a lot of harrowing experiences. Being kidnapped and shot. She wasn't in that situation. But as the time crept around for the year she was a bit on edge and a bit more paranoid than normal. She'd settled herself up in the art studio with her laptop to work on some paperwork, though she'd noticed time when she looked at it. "Pietro?" she called. It probably echoed in the big house with just the two of them.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The speedster was very content to move in at her pace, even if it was so slow for him. He recognized the comfort needed on her part, with the two girls growing within her. Her pace was just fine - it was what was expected, and Pietro wasn't going to rush her at all. So bit by bit, the house took shape - every little detail worked out as they worked on the home.

He was working in the kitchen - food-prepping some snacks, as they were always in demand. Hearing his name, it was only a breath before he was by her side. "Yes?" He grins, kissing the top of her head as she sat at the computer.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola looks up to him when he appears and there's a smile to him as he kisses the top of her head. "You want to know one key detail we've not worked out in all of our new baby arrival projects?" she asks him as she pats the seat next to her at the table.

"My mother was shocked that we'd not settled on baby names yet and said we should do that." she chuckles to him. "I also figured that talking about it might be good. Making sure that we both have names we love for them." she admits. "Do you have any suggestions?" she asks him.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
He's gob-smacked. It didn't even really occur to him - his mind had been focused elsewhere, on all the other details of the home, her health, and prepping for the girls. "I... how did I miss that?" He wonders, hand stroking at her shoulder.

"Your mother is right to be shocked." Pietro chuckles. "Well, we have options. Greek names, Romanian, mythological..." He hrms. "I really have nothing immediate that leaps to mind. Do you have any? Or had you been thinking on this?" A sheepish grin. "I am sorry I wasn't focused on their names."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola laughs, but it is sweet and not directed at her husband, "It's alright my heart." she tells him. "Come, have a seat. It is easy to miss when we've been doing so much. I'm glad my mom stopped me to remind me." she states to that.

"I have a few names that I've been jotting down and things. I was also thinking about asking if you wanted to possibly use your mothers name for one of their middle names? I didn't want to do it unless it was alright with you and Wanda though." she admits.

She leans over to kiss his cheek gently, "You don't have to apologize. It's a good evening to talk about it." she tells him.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Pietro does take a seat, settling in next to her. He sits back a bit, thinking on names. "Well, did you mean my adopted mother?" The man wonders. "I do not suspect that Wanda would disapprove - and truthfully, she's not the one having twins." A smirk to her.

"Marya, that was my adoptive mother's name." His tone is quiet, remembering the past. A nod then to her. "What other names did you have in mind?" He glances to her, then the computer and any papers nearby for hints.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola gives a look to him, "Well, I don't think your father would approve of using your real mothers name and I'm not sure if it would be a good thing." she states quietly. "I think Marya is a pretty name. Though if there are other names I am also fine using them. I was figuring we could use Romanian first names or mix and match with that? Sorina was one of the names I liked." she tells him.

"There was also Luminita. Sori and Lumi. Demeter was one of the other names I liked." she chuckles. "Luminita means Little Light." she clarifies.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
"Sorina?" Pietro grins. "Serene and peaceful... I do like that." He mentions. "I like Marya as well, of course. She deserves to be remembered." A slight smile to his wife. "And I like Luminita... light. Peace and light for our daughters."

"With names like that, they will be anything but." The man teases. "I am sure they will turn my hair white." Funny guy!

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola gives a soft smile to him, "Yes, Sorina." she nods. She then listens to him and there is a bit of thought before she gives a shift in her seat how about Sorina Marya Maximoff and Luminita Demeter Maximoff for their names?" she asks him.

"If you think they are too outlandish or silly we can veto the names for others of course." she offers. "And it gives us time to see if there are any other names that we like better." she tells him.

Then there is a moment to look to him, "Oh yes, they probably will turn it whiter than it is." she teases him. "My mom told me to stop stressing about the little things and focus on them getting here healthy." she admits.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The man shakes his head. "I like them, I am not vetoing those names. And we most assuredly will find nicknames for them as time goes on." Pietro's hand slides to the small of her back. "Sorina Marya and Luminita Demeter." He repeats, looking to her.

"Your mother is correct, of course. You need to focus on being healthy, which will go on to our daughter." The man grins. "And I am supposed to ensure you stay healthy and happy. I want this to go as smoothly as it can, having twins."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola gives a grin to him, "See...that actually wasn't that bad." she tells him with a little happy sway of her form and then brushes her hair back over her shoulders. She was excited about everything. "My mom said I should chop all my hair off, but...think I'm going to keep it. I don't like my hair short as it is." she muses. "Might just have to teach you how to braid." she smiles to him.

"Oh, also, I wanted to paint the babies names on the wall in the nursery above their cribs, is that something you're alright with?" she asks him. "You are ensuring that everything is going wonderfully. You've been wonderful throughout all of this." she assures him. "Even at four in the morning when I'm hangry and nauseous at the same time." she giggles.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The man leans into her. "Not bad at all." His hand slides up to run fingers through her hair as well. "I can learn to braid, yes. Is there a specific type of braid you'd like?" Pietro asks, grinning. "If you do decide to cut your hair short, I will support you of course."

"And I want to see the art that is inspired by our children. I imagine it will be wonderful, love." A smile as she reassures that he's doing well. "I made more snacks, love." He comments. "I figure if we have some pre-made, it will help during those late night cravings. And you are doing well with the biological changes... motherhood suits you."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola leans on him gently, without tipping her chair over, "I guessed that you wouldn't mind that." she states quietly. "I like dragon braids, but normal everyday braids are fine as well. Plus it'll help when I need extra hands for the girls." she winks at him.

"I promise it won't be graffiti." she teases him. Then she perks up, "Oooo. Snacks? I'm down for this." she grins at that. Then she blushes at his remarks, "I just hope I can fit back into my old clothes." she muses to that. "But thank you, I love you and thank you for all of the help with food and things. You're amazing." she states to him as she leans in to press a kiss to his lips.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Pietro purrs at the kiss, smiling after. "Dragon braids. All right. I will look into how to make those." He assures, happy to be close to her - to have her so near. "Also, I should learn to help with the girls, yes. Proper braids." He chuckles.

"Graffiti can be artistic, if done right. But I do not know that it would suit them. Perhaps when their personlities come to light..." The man decides. A look up and down. "You will be fine, love. Don't worry about clothing. Just focus on being a mother." A smirk. "And I do love you, you bring warmth to my heart."
