Synopsis:	Two new Maximoff's have joined the ranks as of July 14th 2023. Hold onto your hats people!

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Friday morning, Micola's water had broken and there had been PANIC! The hospital was called, mother was called and then it was just going to the hospital to await the arrival of the two new arrivals. Luminita and Sorina Maximoff. They had been born at healthy weights and screaming at the top of their lungs...with headfuls of bright white hair. Micola had a few complications, but she's better today. They were keeping her and the babies for more observations.

And Pietro was obviously allowed to stay.

Micola's currently sleeping given there was some sort of quiet, but her mother was going to be dropping more things off any minute now.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The hospital was nerve-wracking for the man. He had to move at a normal pace, to avoid causing complications for any number of recovering patients. He had to wait. He had to be patient, especially in the delivery of his daughters. For this instance, he would suffer the absurdly slow march of time as he perceived it.

The end result was worth all the time in the world.

He made his time moving between the nursery, and where Micola was resting. She was kept company while she was awake, and the girls were kept nearby as often as permitted. There were always tests and checkups, but the hospital staff was all too kind in allowing the twins to be resting against their mother.

Even now, Luminita was nestled in Micola's arms and snoozing, while Pietro cradeled Sorina in his. His whole world was in the room at the moment.

He rocked a little in the chair, marveling at the tiny wonder in his arms.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola awakens when Luminita moves a bit and the woman lets out a little breath as she holds her gently and shifts to be sitting a bit more upright. "How is the little one over there doing?" she asks Pietro in a whisper. Trying not wake either of the girls.

She looks to the clock and there's a soft sigh, "I'd be surprised if my mom didn't come bursting through the door any second." she muses to that.

Then she looks back to Pietro, "How are you holding up?" she asks him.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
His eyes dart to Micola and a smile greets her. He helps her get comfortable and situated so she can cradle Luminita. "She is tired, but not wanting to sleep. Too much to see." He responds with a whisper. He moves his chair closer, close enough to allow Micola contact with Sorina. "She has a whole world to learn about. They both do." Pietro grins.

A look to the door and a chuckle. "And she would be welcome. How often does one become a grandmother?" He smirks. "I am doing fine... how are /you/? You had the difficult part in all this, Micola."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"Thank you, my love." Micola tells him with a soft smile. It's tired, but it's also overjoyed. "She sounds like me and Lumi then." she muses as she looks to her other daughter. "Mom said she'd be here later after her shift. She's still got all of her nurse instincts after that." she shakes her head.

"Have you eaten? Had time to shower and things?" she asks him curiously.

"I'm feeling alright. Very tired. Pained. I'm sure it'll all pass though." she grins to that.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The speedster nods. "You've done plenty already, Micola." The man smiles, leaning in to sneak a gentle kiss to her cheek. "I am sure she has her nurse instincts, of course. I am sure they will combine with her marternal instincts again, and form some sort of super powers." The man teases.

"Yes, I've eaten at the commisary, when the girls were being checked on and you were dozing." The man explains. "Are you hungry? We can call the nurse for food?" The maternity suite they are in does have a shower, thankfully, for fathers who were doting on their new families.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"Don't make her more powerful than she already is, Pietro." Micola teases her husband over his Mother-In-Law. She was actually ecstatic that they got along so well. "She was going to bring some stuff from the apartment and she's got the babies some 'grandma' things." she muses. "I'm sure it's going to be all kinds of things." she breathes out.

"I am indeed hungry. So maybe calling in the nurse is a good thing. Unless someone sneaks a burger in." she teases.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Pietro laughs. "I can get you whatever you like, love." He assures, looking to Sorina as she fusses a bit. "Just say the word... it means you'll need to hold them both, though." He teases, as if it is a chore or something she'd not want to do.

"I am glad we have a home now - I fear we are going to be over-run by gifts from your mother and grandfather." The man smirks. "Do we know when we can expect your grandfather, speaking of?" He wonders.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"No, a burger might be bad. I can just see what they have on the menu." Micola tells him with a smile. "Oh I have no problem holding them both. Little bundles of joy that they are." she muses to that.

"Grandfather should be visiting us at the house. He doesn't like hospitals and well, I don't blame him." she chuckles to that. "Do you think we'll be okay?" she asks him.
