Micola Maximoff has posed:
Momma D'Angelo had decided that Micola and Pietro needed to get out of the house and to have a free night to themselves. Micola had been fine with that, but had the twins father agreed was the big question. Micola had fussed with what to wear and what notes to leave for her mother...then she realized her mother raised her as a single parent and she stopped trying to leave her lists.

The blue haired woman had been waiting outside for Pietro as she scrolls through emails to catch up on.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Quicksilver had dressed up nicely, taking the momentary respite from Micola's mother as a blessing. He knew how much Micola was working as a mother, and wanted to make sure she wasn't burned out. Arriving closely to his wife, Pietro smiled to her. "You look lovely tonight, Micola." He murmured, leaning in to kiss her tenderly.

"It will be nice to get out and about tonight, yes?" His arm slides to the small of her back. "Food? Dancing?"

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola had smiled to Pietro when he'd appeared. She was happy to get to spend time alone with her husband. They'd just been going with whatever the girls needed and not taking any breaks. So this was needed. There's a little blush as he tells her she looks lovely, "Aww, thank you." she tells him as she returns the kiss to him.

"I think it'll be good. Even if you can't run everywhere." she muses to him. "I think food first, then maybe see what's going on around the old neighborhood?" she offers to him.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
There's a smirk. "I can't?" He teases, nodding to her. "We're taking the jeep then?" He guesses, still keeping a hand on her - wanting that contact. His time with the girls, and the time with her, stretched into lengths she'd not understand - but he could empathize with her. Even as fast as he was, there wasn't enough time in the world.

"Do you have a preference or taste? I'm up for about anything, though a good sit-down pizza place sounds excellent."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"Oh I mean, you can if you like. I don't think there is much that can hurt given the girls have been born." Micola chuckles to that. "So if you want to stretch your legs, that is up to you." she grins to that. She knew that he saw time differently and she was wanting to make sure it was spent in good ways.

"I...am just wanting anything that's not a salad." she admits. "Feel like I've been eating like a rabbit to get back into my old clothes." she muses to that. "Pizza sounds amazing actually." she grins to that as she walks with him.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
A look down to their clothes. "Let's drive for this time, please. I don't think we're dressed to move at those speeds at the moment." A wink to her, walking her towards her vehicle. "And soon enough, I'll be giving them piggy-back rides." A slight smirk at that. "We'll make sure they have goggles."

"Pizza it is, then. And you look wonderful, love. Salad can be a side dish if you like. Or breadsticks. Whichever you prefer."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"I remember the first time you took me for a run, it was a fun experience." Micola smiles at the memory of Rome. It was a blur sometimes, but she was happy that things were going the way they were. "I'd like to save the dress, yes." she chuckles to him. When he says they'll be giving them piggy-back rides soon enough there is a soft look to him, "This is true, they're going to grow up super fast I fear." she admits.

She reaches out to squeeze his arm as they walk to the car, "Hopefully they have cheesecake...or anything sweet really." she grins as she unlocks the car and then gets in.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Climbing in on the passenger side, he nods. "I hope not too fast. I don't want them rushed, or us to miss anything." The man admits. There's a pause, the man considering. "I wonder if they will have gifts, like we do?" The probability is high, after all.

"Cheesecake." A laugh at that. "We're going to pass out so hard when we get home." At least, she will! All the carbs.
