Thomas Blake regards Megan Gwynn critically with a fixed stare. "You couldn't scare Condiment King in this costume. I mean this show is set in Gotham. You'd think Carole would know the vibes that work. You look like a Campfire Girl. I'll take three boxes of Snickersnacks." He walks behind her. "Ah... cute behind. Let's tramp up the beautiful young innocent Mutant. Pete should know better. I oughta yank him by his mustache out of that stupid track suit and throw his naked ass down the hall. Look at this, tsk. Can you even move in this get up? Did he forget you have a guardian angle who is really good with a knife? Carole musta been over ridden. Probably one of the execs. Pete... Pete must be looking for me to fix this. Baby, can you breathe?" He spins Megan around, suddenly concerned.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn pouts, folding her arms as she stands in her cute but rather too cute or maybe too goofy butterfly costume."Awwwwe but what's wrong with it really? Are you saying I'm laughable?" she pouts some more, suddenly feeling self conscious. "Sooo what should I do? I can't sew, it's not like I can make or find a new costume to order in short time.." she...Can't really move in it though, point....

Thomas Blake considers his reputation as a bad ass and decides Megan comes before it. He deliberately goes to the ancient armoir and presses the hidden control. It rises, revealing his Catman classic costume and all manner of other stuff. He reaches in and slowly removes a large pouch which he opens to reveal a splendiferous sewing kit and leather working tools. He looks at her seriously, "You are not laughable. The costume is. If you can bend over in the damned thing I'll give you twenty bucks." He pulls out a twenty.

He regards the outfit again critically. "Okay, this goes no further... I know how to sew and work leather. I couldn't exactly go to a tailor for this costume. I can fix this. No fighting crime in underwear. Pfft." Very feline sound of derision. He removes a needle and starts threading it, and sets a stitch ripper aside.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks slowly as he reveals the hidden...Craft station...Thingy...And after she snaps out of her reverie, she finally steps towards it to examine the Catman costume.

"Noooo waaaaay...You sew your own costumes? For real?! I figured you hired a seamstress or something....Awesone!" she grins, "Sooo can you teach me to sew too?"

Thomas Blake starts ripping stitches and sewing. "Crazy Quilt taught me this in the joint. The first costume I made sucked but you know, I worked nights, no one seemed to mind." He reaches for a couple pieces of leather and attaches them. "You're getting a leather skirt like an Amazon or Xena wore. this will also protect you when you get dumped on your ass in fight scenes, I get to win my first fight with a good guy. It's in my contract. Hold still... " there are two major rips, requiring Pixie to hold onto her costume. Thomas installs eyelets and closes the openings part way with laces. "There, try to move. You can actually flap those beautiful wings now. Just don't dust me."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn arches a brow as she peers over his shoulder. "Errr Crazy Quilt? are you kidding? is that areal name?" she makes a face, "Wowumm...I don't know a thing about sewing, looks complicated." she frowns as she studies his technique.

"Wait, are we making me a stage costume or a combat superhero costume for real fights?"

Thomas Blake puts his hands on Megan's shoulders. "I am making a costume that will give you freedom of movement and look credible. It will hold up in stage fights. It covers your behind in case this show is aired in Wales. And Crazy Quilt is a real name. Don't be judgmental. Okay, we're done for now and Carole will have far fewer repairs to make. We'll add some arm guards since I taught you how to fight with those and you're good with them. Now you look like a superhero. This is important. You're the first Mutant to get a big role like this, you have to be credible."
