Synopsis:	Just some pre-party planning and an idea is given to Micola.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola had been a trying to make sure things were ordered for Pietro and Wanda's upcoming birthday party and that meant that she was juggling ALL THE THINGS. Being a new mom tended to frazzle people and this hour finds the woman standing in the kitchen with a pint of ice cream and a spoon staring off into the distance as she eats it. The twins were asleep for the evening.

Hopefully.

There's a ping on her phone that breaks her out of her revery and she looks down to it as she settles herself into a seat at the kitchen island.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
They were, in fact, asleep. Pietro blurred by to check - smiling in on each and giving a kiss to their foreheads as they dozed. Then it was off to check on Micola, the man pausing in the kitchen door as she checked her phone. Moving at a more normal speed, he collected himself a bottle of water and a spoon. Maybe she'll share!

"Good news?" He asks, sitting next to her and motioning to her phone.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola does settle the container down and slide it between them. "Hello love." she grins to him. "And my mom is going to take the girls for the night of the birthday party. If that is alright with you? The only issue is she'll have to get them after her appointment so might be the same time it's starting." she looks a bit tired over that, but it's not a bad thing.

"She offered to watch them so we could have folks around and the noise or something not being an issue." she adds to that.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
He kisses her cheek, grinning as she maneuvers the ice cream. A quick bite and a nod. "It's all right with me, if she is all right with her. I don't want to burden her." Pietro explains. "If they are there for a little, I am sure it won't be too bad. Wanda will likely want to meet them, however briefly."

"She's a very doting grandmother." He chuckles. "I am glad she is our lives."

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"I think it would be good for Wanda to meet them and Lorna if she can pop in, I know she is busy with Genosha things and all of that." Micola nods to that as she lets him get ice cream. "Were there any dishes or special requests that you had for the party?" she asks him curiously.

"And my mom took the day off so that she could didn't have to worry about getting them home in a rush. I think she is fine with it." she muses. "Someone suggested a nanny...but I'm not sure that's our style at all." she chuckles.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
"I am hoping Lorna can make it as well." The man smiles. "I would even not be mortified if my father were there." A slight shrug. As she asks after specific foods, he hrms. "I do like a butter cake with chocolate frosting..." He grins.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
Pietro nods at the mention of the nanny not being their style. "I would have to truly trust that person." A smile. "I think your mother wants to spoil them more." He teases.

Micola Maximoff has posed:
Micola gives a look to him as he talks on not being mortified if his father was there, "I don't think I have his number or...anything handy, do you know how to best contact him?" she asks him. "He might be a bit shocked to find he's a grandfather." she chuckles. "Or maybe not. I'm not sure if he keeps tabs on you guys." she admits.

"And of course my mom wants to spoil them." she muses. "She's in a better place than she was when I was growing up. She wants to make sure they don't want for anything." she sighs softly. "Grandfather has been out of the country, but wants to see them when he's back." she adds.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
A shake of his head. "I know people who would be able to reach him, I am sure." He says. "Truth be told, I am sure he is aware. He has always kept an eye on Wanda and I, even Lorna." A sigh. "Just... he often stays clear due to previous interactions and complications."

"I want to spoil them too, but without them acting out as spoiled children." Pietro confesses. "I doubt your mother wants them to be ill-behaved either." He assures. "Do you know when he will be back?"

Micola Maximoff has posed:
"Well...let me see what I can do." Micola tells him. "I've no relationship with my father, even if now he is wanting to try one. I just...I don't know." she shrugs to it. "And it's never too late to talk to him or try to work on repairing things." she points out.

"They can be spoiled...but I think that they need to know what realities and things are. They can't act like hellions and things like that." she muses to him. "And he is due back before the holidays." she states.

Pietro Maximoff has posed:
The speedster nods. "I know. I think it could be something that would be repaired - but I don't know when or how I would go about such a thing." He shrugs. "I recall your father contacting you - I will support you in either way, Micola."

Pietro chuckles. "Indeed. Do not take after your father, girls." He smirks. "I am looking forward to visiting with him again."
