Monet St. Croix has posed:
It's a chilly winter day. Quite a few are inside, having hot drinks at Harry's to warm up. Monet St. Croix is one of them. Wearing a far too expensive looking mink coat purely to show that she has one, no doubt. But, a warm drink in front of her, some alcohol next to it, and she's well on her way to warmth.

Neena Thurman has posed:
Cold. Why in the world would Domino come back to the US for this? Well.. it's not really a holiday without cold and snow, right?

Bad choice, Thurman. Bad.

Domino is also in the bar, her parka's hood pulled down and the zipper is only partially lowered. Before her, the alcohol is steaming; hot butter rum!

"Too late. I want to go back now."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would glance over at Neena, "Welcome. I don't think I've encountered you all the awy out here before." Neena doesn't seem quite the type to show up at Harry's. They might not even let her bring in her guns - it's just that sort of establishment.

"I hope that the holidays find you well and with most chaos being the sort that you've instigated yourself."

Neena Thurman has posed:
Warm brew warms the insides, warms the soul- even of the soulless! "Heh," Domino barks a soft laugh, "They actually let me behind the walls of the place." Xaviers. "Mostly." As for her weapons? She'll never tell!

"Happy holidays to you too. I'm still alive and kickin', so that's something." Here is her quirked smile, "You too, apparently. All good?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would glance at Domino, "Well, so long as you pass through security monitoring I'm sure that no one will mind that much." They let Logan in - and sometimes even Wade! Domino is far higher on the social strata than that riff-raff.

"I am fine. I.. Am trying to spend some time wtih my sisters."

Neena Thurman has posed:
A soft, barked laugh exits again. "There is that whole 'luck' thing. Never know what can happen to a machine. A glitch, a software error.." Domino shrugs lightly and takes a quick swallow of her drink. "It's all good."

Time with her sisters? "Oh.. yeah. Sorry about the other thing." The whole 'evil brother' thing? "I suppose getting a chance to spend time howeveryou can isn't a bad thing. Family is family.."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would keep her face ina frown, "It is good to have them. I've heard nothing from my father since.." Her father that didn't even react to his two daughters being missing or anything remotely related. Monet's voice flattens more than it does before it goes back to her normal neutrality.

Neena Thurman has posed:
Dom looks into her drink for a long moment and breathes out for a couple of beats. "You're lucky to have them. I don't know where my brother is, assuming he's still alive. My mother?" She shrugs with a single shoulder, "Alive, maybe not. I don't know. My husband?" Did anyone know she'd been married?

"Dead. Soooo.." Domino looks up and offers up a lopsided smile that doesn't quite reach those clear blue eyes, one held in the white, one in the black. "The team is family." And Cable? Moreso.

"So.." and shifting her position, her mood shifts with it. "So when do we go caroling?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would nod softly, "They are all I have. I've already let them be hurt too much." SHe's already failed them, in her mind too many times. She would look over to Domino. "WEre you another one that was with Mister Wilson in a romantic entanglement?" She was the one that had to witness Inez serving Wade with divorce papers after all.

"I'm sure that Xavier's will have something scheduled. Hopefully this year without any demonic summonings."
