Frigga has posed:
The day begins to draw to a close, and the sun is setting on the Golden City of Asgard. The fireplaces are lit, the smoke rises from the chimneys in lazy patterns, giving an air of tranquility. The new year has come with something resembling peace, but now that the days continue on, there is, while not a 'flurry of activity' at the palace, there is some activity all the same.

The All Mother is going on an extended trip.

Gathering her maids within a small chamber, she's got an accounting of all that she could possibly want. She has 2 handmaids to do with the general work, and, yes... she has asked her swordsmaiden to the chamber.

It's odd, seeing Frigga 'pack'. No clothes go into a chest, no. A couple of books, some smalll pouches, and a goblet find their way in. As she does set her scant few things in, there is only a short accounting of her actions. No 'why', of course. Simply,

"I have decided that, given my sons' affection with Midgard, I'm going to stay there for a little while to see what it is that draws them."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson is curious as to why she's invited here to come along to meet her patron. She's here in the persona of Mary Jane at the moment when she arrives. Watching about curiously then as she has her blade slung over her back. The one that was gifted to her from the Shieldmaiden. When she arrives, she glances about curiously as she sees Frigga.

"All-Mother." She would bow her head. "You seem to be getting ready for something." She would inquire. No asking for permission first, just looking upon things curiously. Interested but not quite sure what's up. "Oh? You've not done so before, All-Mother? That's a shame. I'm sure that you'll enjoy it very much. Might I make some suggestions then when you depart?" She would inquire over to Frigga while looking about her room.

Frigga has posed:
The reaction of the handmaids are a little more reserved, seemily a little less enthusiastic than the mixed warrior maid as evident from their less than enthusiastic aid in preparation. Twisting around and smiling at MJ/Sonja, there is a gentle and warm smile that appears brighter for the glance. "I am. Which is why I asked you here. I'd like you to accompany me. And I will absolutely take recommendations, though I would like to see some of the places where I'd used to walk." Norway, Iceland, Finland, England, Scotland.. Russia, even!

Frigga takes a side step to her small box to close it, its magical locks making it all but impossible for anyone but its owner to open it. "I seek to depart tomorrow. One last feast here."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "Of course. One last feast. You'll probably find that while much of the food is unique, the drink and food on Midgard can't quite compare to the ones here in Asgard. And it's good to have a bit to enjoy yourself, All-Mother. To do something unique. And I'd suggest that when you go down to Midgard, do it as one of the Midgardians for appearance and enjoyment. You'll find going down as a goddess and seeming to be a human will give you a great distinction. A way to enjoy it a little differently and to explore a bit." She would smile over. "And that sounds interesting. I've not been to most of those." When she has it's mostly been when Sonja is with the others fighting monsters, which is all that Sonja cares about."

Frigga has posed:
Frigga makes a soft 'hmm' sound in her throat and nods once, an assent and agreement. "Yes," she offers lightly, I think I shall. We shall find a small cottage," Small, or small by her definition? "I think," she begins again slowly, crystal clear blue eyes remaining on MJ/Sonja, and she drops the one thought to finish with another, "I would like to hear your thoughts as to where, specifically, to begin."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson would smile, "OF course. I think I can manage that. I'd suggest New YOrk City. It's got a spice of most of the cultures on Earth. It's a good place to start out. Plus the citizens have a reputation of being blunt and direct. And you'll get a bit more of an idea what people are like and they speak thier minds."
