- Colin Wilkes has posed:
When Colin came over the fence it was with certain grace afforded those with beastly strength; his palm on the edge of the coral fence, legs tucked, muscles bulging functionally on his medium frame. For a boy of 18-19, he was a little shorter than Rhona, but that didn't seem to hold him back from his vault.
The major complication came when he landed and tried to get the pretty girls attention, shouting and waving his hands, that he seemed to spook Agamemnon. Agamemnon was a moody black and brown yearling stallion who always loitered by the wooded side, and today decided that he had no time to bring Colin to horny jail and instead opted to double kick him square in his chest. The half ton animal sent the young man sprawling across the way into the broad three inch think white oat slats, and crumpling like a sack of potatoes into the soft dirt.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
Rhona, preparing to head out for some afternoon archery, was walking outside of the garage, when she heard a commotion across the yard. Some kid was on his ass, and a horse at the edge of property had put him there? She stopped in her tracks, dressed in a dark red tanktop, blue jeans shorts, and dark blue sneakers. Her brown hair tied-back, the British girl was holding her archery gear by a strap on her right shoulder.
She pulled the gear strap over her head, and quickly began to jog out across the yard toward where the kid was visibly fallen.
"Hey, are you alright?" She calls out, on her approach, bounding across the well cultivated lawn.
So at least he scored the girl he was trying to chat up, now running toward him. That's something, right?
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes popped back up onto his feet, tried to dust himself off a little but it was too late; she was right there. He spared the horse a moments glance, probably to make sure there wasn't any follow through. No, he'd just gotten too close and Agamemnon yeeted him, it wasn't anything personal.
"Huh? Fine." he explained, looking at the two hoof prints on his t-shirt. "How far is the range from here? Let me walk with you?" he said already walking backwards in the direction she was either walking or facing.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
Rhona stops a few feet away from the younger boy, her eyes just peering down at him with the sun at her back, leaving her form covered in a bit of a shadow. She watches him as he rises up, then glances toward the neighbor's horse, which they've been looking after for the past week as a favor to the good old neighbor.
She puts her eyes back upon Colin, as he is back up, and now moving a bit. She starts to walk as well, headed back toward one of the footpaths, her hand holding a long recurve bow at her side, with a quiver of arrows slung over her right shoulder. "I'm headed out to the range for practice..." She says, her voice clearly laced with a thick London-standard accent, not unlike that of Kate Beckinsale, or even DAME Judy Dench. Of course, this girl is much younger than them, and as he noted.. pretty! Right?
Clutching her bow by its grip, she eyes him over. "I don't recognize you, are you a new student?" She inquires, as she walks across the grass, soon to touch sneaker upon cobblestones.
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
"Is this a school?" he wondered, looking around for some sign of confirmation. "I was hitching with my buddy Rick, trying to get to his girls house in upstate." he moves to walk beside her. "We catch this ride, says he's going all the way to Syracuse. I got this vibe I didn't like but Rick was like 'Fuck you Colin, your just tryna ruin it like you ruin everything.' and then the guy pulled over, told me to get out, was just like laughing at me and the whole time Rick is fuming, and I know why; he'd been trying to get me to ditch the whole way because his girl kinda likes me." he met her eye to eye, "I hadn't ditched because I never been out this way before, I like to travel and see things, and its kinda nice up here."
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
The pair walked side by side down the pathway that curved around the outer perimeter of Xaviers grounds. They were headed eastward, with the path ahead curving in a wide circle around the front yard toward the back, with various potted plants, flower gardens, and park benches allowing for seating positioned along said pathway, as they strolled beside them.
Rhona, looking a bit suspicious at the young man, listened yet still to his story. "You're a tresspasser then?" She questions. "You probably triggered some kind of a security alert. I imagine they're staring at us right now in fact." She glances around their general position, before she looks back toward him.
"This is a school. But it is also a secret cult, where we drink Kool Aid, and worship an Owl God."
She's messing with him, surely.
"Would you like to join? It's free. But you have to get up super early for required physical training."
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes says, "Oh really, who-who is your leader?" he wondered, seeming amused by either her teasing or her candor. "Maybe you can validate my parking stub." he glanced, trying to see how much longer he had left, but the coast looked clear. "Hey what's your name? I'll join if I get to stay in your room." he did a turn, not for her benefit, but to keep track of any security, and offered her a good look at his body. He was traveling light, only a small pack with the essentials, where he was keeping enough food to feed his tank of a body was anyone's guess. Maybe he wasn't hungry, but he was definitely thirsty.
"Wanna bunk?" he asked."
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
Rambunctious teens was a normal thing around here, and flirty flirations were slung toward one another at this school on the regular. Rhona had been here since she was 17, and now she'd just toppled her way in to her twenties. She did, however, laugh at the odd behavior of the boy who'd snuck in to the school grounds, and gently shook her head to whatever he'd just said.
"Our leader is a bald man with a space girlfriend," she fired back, looking ahead, then back to him. "And our parking validation is provided by a Vampire Notary."
Ironically, everything she just said was true.
"Rhona, is my name, and I've already got a roommate." She replies to that line of questioning, as the two passed by a bench, and walked beneath a bit of hanging gardens, red flowers and leafy green vines, well cultivated and smelling of perfect flowers.
"I am moving in to the college house here soon though." She stated, motioning her bow toward the second house on the property, the one they were walking around the back of right now, in fact.
"You're waht, like fourteen years old?" She then asked him, further teasing him, as she could tell he was older than that.
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Abuse hissed but took it in stride because he had to, "Oh ok, so its like that. Yeah I know I got a baby face." he re-assured, "I was born July 12th, two thousand five. You know about Happy Harbor? I think its kinda like this place. Maybe. We got a Vampire Head Mistress too, or thats the rumor. I'm not exactly special like the other kids, but I can hang with them." and finally, "I got dosed by Venom when I was younger, so I can hulk out when I need to like that terrorist guy they call Bane. You ever heard of him?"
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
The two come out on the other side of the hanging garden section of the cobblestone walking path, now situated just on the other side of a back patio area for the college house itself. It is an idylic scenery, showcasing the beauty of this place.
Rhona, meanwhile, smirks at what the young man beside her says. "Bane?" She asks, in that British tone of being confused. She regards him with a sidelong stare. "Isn't that a Darth Sith Lord from Star Wars?" She knows her nerd culture, hell her tanktop has 'One Ring to Rule them All' written in black across her bustline.
"A Vampire headmistress, and a place called Happy Harbor?" She shakes her head. "I haven't heard of it. Sounds... fun, however."
They stride past one of the benches, and a small plaque with some engraving etched in to it.
"So your birthday is just right around the corner?" She inquires. "Fifteen, already?" She teases him, showing him a smile. "Happy birthday then. Mine, was just a couple weeks ago... on the 3rd."
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes stared at Rhona's tank top for a moment and then glanced toward the plaque on the bench, "Happy Birthday to you. I got you something if you want an early present for next year." then glanced back to her prospectively, see if she'd take the bait or continue to expertly parry.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
The two meandered path the college house, a squirrel darting across the perimeter of the yard on their left sides, but Rhona's eyes were back on this strange tresspasser to the school grounds.
"I'm afraid to even ask what it is..." The British girl replies, her bow being shifted in her hand, as she stepped around a low hanging tree branch that needed to be culled back some by the landscapers.
When she stepped around it, she navigated them off of the cobblestone path toward a branching pathway that headed north, off the grass that was well trimmed, and toward taller grass on the deeper corners of the property.
"I swear, if you say something gross, I'll find out where your friends are, and have one of my friends throw you back in to their car." She threatens, though she's showing a bit of good humored expression upon her facial features.
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
"Well, hold still, close your eyes." he explained to her, walking astride her excepting where the brush forced him in line behind her. He was pretty close now, he smelled faintly of shampoo, his clothes where a little damp from the humidity of the forest and a little dust from the coral, he had a very thin skein of sweat. He was close but he hadn't laid a finger on her, instead he was holding back a branch to keep it from thwapping into them, they were pretty well under the canopy now but in a few steps they would appear back into the sun.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
The oddity of the situation did set off some alarms, but the young man himself seemed utterly innocent. She'd been watching some old cartoons with some of the other students over the past three years of attending Xaviers, and if she were pressed to describe Colin to someone else right now, she'd compare him to Fry from Futurama. Thus, the innocent nature of the guy had her just smirk at him, as he guarded them from that low branch. They were moving to the north, through tall grass on a dirt pathway, a pathway that Rhona navigated every day, so she knew it well.
"Okay, but, I swear..." She warned, as she glanced over her shoulder. She closed her eyes, look forward, and just walked with a even step.
"I know jiu jitsu, just incase you were wondering." The British girl spoke up so as to make her voice carry over her shoulders.
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes leaned forward and tried to press his lips onto hers, a sweet and gentle thing almost too delicate to be amorous. But if he was allowed to linger then he'd entice her mouth into something a bit rowdier and worthy of his payload of hormones and fantasies. He might have been a little cinnamon bun, but so was she, and game peeps game.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
When he came around in front of her, she stopped moving, then felt the young man lean in toward her. He was going for a kiss, and she wasn't entirely sure what to make of this!
Thus, the brunette pulled back, grabbed his wrist, in her right hand, twisted it, and pulled his arm around behind his own waist. She moved in behind him, and forced her leg behind his, moving in a blur of motion, she made an attempt to painfull twist his wrist, and drop him down on to his stomach on the dirt path!
The grass was gently waving in the wind on either sides of the pathway, as the 20 year old girl tried to drop an 18 year old boy on to his face, using those close quarters combat skills she'd literally just mentioned, and showing that they actually are backed up with some fact!
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes was trying for a kiss, which does not lend its self to good counter defense. A moment later he was in the dirt with a pissed off hottie locking up his joints like a Narc. There was just something unreal about the skin on his wrist and how impossible it was to twist, the feel of his tendons and muscle beneath, something indestructible. Despite this she'd gotten the jump, he was naive enough to think he could just kiss her and that would be it, true love, or maybe she'd just take off her top right there and scream 'Take me!'. It was difficult to tell just how far down the delusion went, but either way it was shattered now. Or was it? "Uh what I meant to say was, can we make out?" because now logically it was time to ask for permission.
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
Rhona had come down with a knee in the middle of his back, putting her weight upon him to hold him face-first in the dirt. She felt him breathing heavily beneath her body's weight, as she kept his wrist bent up within her own hand. She breathed heavily, her bow clutched in her left hand still, as she just kept herself like this upon him.
"you are absolutely mad." Rhona sthated in a breathy voice, before he was freed. She pushed her weight off of him with her knee, and bounced back up to her feet, putting a couple feet between them, as she stood upon the side of the dirt pathway.
"Why would I make out with a kid who just snuck on to our property?" She fired back at him, "You're lucky I don't put an arrow in you..."
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
"Mighta not really thought it though...all the way." he admitted peaceably. "Its been a shit day, you were kinda the one bright spot in it. I mighta let you blind me a little." he admitted. "Do you wanna be my girl?" he offered, seeming casually determined. "I don't live anywhere near here, but I have motorcycle back at home. I could come and visit you when you weren' busy with school. Like on the weekends or something." he twisted around to smile up at her, resting on his rump and palms.
"You mad at me?"
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
They are not far from the edge of the archery range at this point, the visible line of a wooden fence just to the northeast showing the edge of the range's area, but it is over Rhona's left shoulder, and her eyes are fixed down where Colin rests.
She lets out a soft laugh, and shakes her head from side to side. "I think I'll pass, but the offer is appreciated." The Briton responds, as she kicks some dirt at him with the toe of her shoe.
"I'm not mad, just confused." She adds,, before glancing back toward the range, then back to him. "Look, you probably should get a move on. I imagine you did trip some alarms with the security sytems, and someone probably will wander by here looking to see what caused it." She tells him, her voice soft and contemplative, as she sways from a bit of adrenaline from her take-down move on him.
- Colin Wilkes has posed:
Colin Wilkes says, "Ok, I'm gone. No problem, Rhona." he tilted his head a bit, "You sure you're ok?" he said, the cinnimon bun sounding empathetic to her hormonal crash. His lifted his brow and smiled at her, as if to entice her to do the same. He was getting up now, smacking the debris off his own ass with a couple pats, and somehow looking even better then before she pushed him in the dirt. He just had the kind of appearance that was best suited to looking a little beat up."
- Rhona Lauren has posed:
Rhona fidgeted upon her sneakered feet as the young man stood up again. She eyed him closely, but she did crack a smirk at his antics. "You're an odd duck, Colin." She tells him, before offering an upnod. "You can get an uber sent out here. The street out the front gate is Greymalkin Lane." She explains, as she started to half turn away, pausing to glance at him again.
"Happy birthday too, by the way." She told him again.
