Harley Quinn has posed:
The last few weeks have been a *doozy*. What with both Ivy and Harley coming to the conclusion they shared feelings for one another, the starting of the Gotham Sirens roller derby team. The Hunt for that bitch Quellazaire. It's been a lot! And realizing that perhaps Pamela was getting a bit too tired of listening to Harley harping on about all the plans she has for roller derby she decided for something *completely* different.

"Hey, have I evah shown you my balls?" That's ..., that's a weird thing to say Harley, "I got a plan! Let's go out and I will show ya my pride and joy." she looks a bit eager, and no matter what she will *not* speak more about what those plans, beyond having given Ivy an address on where to be and a time. Because that's just how Harley rolls.

At the appointed time Harley is waiting, shorty shorts, nice tight t-shirt, hands on her hips. And right behind her the large neon sign saying COSMIC BOWLING!

Pamela Isley has posed:
"Have you ever shown me your balls? I...don't believe you have."

That is about all that Pamela was able to get out and no amount of questioning was getting anything else out of Harley, apart from the address and time.

Fine. That's alright. There is such a thing as the internet.

So, when Pamela does arrive at the bowling alley, she already has a slight smirk on her face. She didn't dress in what Harley might consider bowling attire, but she at least dressed in a fashion to allow for ease of movement...and it doesn't involve simply leaves, flowers and vines. After all, they were out in public, kinda. Needed to blend in.

"I should have known this is what you meant by 'balls'. Really, Harls, do you have to make everything dramatic? It is just bowling." Yet, judging from the tone of the voice, Pamela really isn't minding it all that much.

Harley Quinn has posed:
If this is about blending then Harley didn't get the memo. Sure, they aren't leaves and flowers but there's a rather .., look to Harley that makes her just look eccentric every way she goes. And going bowling on shorty shorts? Well, that might just be askin' for trouble. But you only live once, amirite? And how dangerous can bowling be?

"Hol' up.." Harley's jaw drops when Ivy says some very specific words, "What d'ya mean it's 'just bowling'?", she shakes her head in a dramatic fashion, "There is no just bowling. It requires finesse, a twist of wrist. Oh, the pleasure of all those pins falling under my balls is such an exquisite feeling of delight." she holds her hands together in front of her.

"Now let's go in." And she hooks her arm With Ivy's, starting to bring into the place. It's a rather traditional one where it comes to it and Harley appears to be a regular when she calls out, "HEY, DOUGIE. GO FETCH 'EM!"

A young man that was behind the counter runs off to the back to go retrieve a large bag for Harley, "You are such a lil angel." she tells Doug, booping his nose with a finger, leading them to aisle 3.

The heavy bag is set up on the table and she stretches, "You know, this is the actual first time we are goin' out like this."

Pamela Isley has posed:
Yes, Ivy caught the innuendo.

No, Ivy is not commenting on such. Instead, like with most of Harley's plans, she is hooked in and dragged along for the ride. Though, this time, the leading is a little more willing. The arm hooked within Pam's own gets a light pat from the opposite free hand, with the fingertips just resting upon Harley's arm. And...yes, there is no surprise when Harley calls out for her, ahem, balls. Bowling balls, of course. In a large bag. Right...got it.

Why there are multiple balls is beyond Pamela. Her bowling knowledge extends to throwing a ball down a lane at ten pins. Just one ball. Not multiple. And, really, perhaps the last time she did anything remotely close might have been in a virtual setting. Because Ivy was a wallflower. Pun fully intended.

Pamela does give a nod at the last statement. "Yes, I suppose you are right. This is a date, I suppose? At least, it has the feel of one."

Harley Quinn has posed:
The reasons on why there are multiple balls is not something that Harley seems inclined to explain but she does make sure to fully put them on display for Ivy, opening the bag in dramatic fashion...

"Behold!" she exclaims with a grand gesture towards the array of stacked bowling balls in display. Yes, they are as one could already imagine rather colorful, with motifs. One in particular is painted with a pink and light green manner, some leafs as motif and a piercing arrow over the IVY name displayed, "And this one..." she picking that particular ball up.

"This is my gift to you." She biting on her lower lip as she extends it towards Ivy, both hands holding it up, those bright blue eyes shiny, filled with adoration.

Pamela Isley has posed:
Well...that's something you don't see everyday.

Pamela tilts her head to the side, looking over the present held aloft by Harley. There is a moment of trepidation before Pam reaches out, taking the bowling ball from the blonde carefully. The ball spins in those lightly green hands, as the redhead takes in the images on the surface. "Don't tell me you ran out and bought a ball, just for me..."

Because yes, that is so unexpected. Yet, that's Harley. Complete unpredictability.

"And here I didn't bring you anything." There is a moment of minor panic as Ivy looks for something. You're suppose to reciprocate these things, right? After a moment of contemplating, Ivy reaches into a pocket and pulls out a small bag. It is recognizable as the bag of seeds that a certain blonde gave her before jumping out of a plane. A single seed is shook out with the singular hand and, with but a soft murmur, sprouts into a blooming daisy. A daisy that is handed to Harley while Ivy holds the ball with the other.

"Will this do for now? Until I can give you something better."

Harley Quinn has posed:
When Ivy picks up the ball there's a big, wide grin out of Harley, she lifting a finger up, "Of course I got you a ball. Every baller needs one." she says so as if it was some kind of hidden rule of bowling, "I did the finishing work myself though." which she most likely means the paintings which admittedly are rather slick. Maybe she has an eye for art. But then again she is quite the creative soul.

The small bag of seeds gets a curious look out of Harley, she of course recognizing it, leaning down towards it with her nose almost touching the bag, "What are you going to do with that?" which is right when the daisy blooms out and reaches all the way up to her nose.

Eyes go real wide, mouth opens and closes before she takes the flower in-between her fingertips, "This is the best gift .." she murmurs, holding it against her heart before stepping forward to wrap her arms around Ivy.

Pamela Isley has posed:
Hugging....isn't really Ivy's thing. Still, it is hard to hug back with a bag of seeds in one hand and a bowling ball in the other. Yet, somehow, Pamela makes it work. She does so by using the hand with the seed bag. The hand closes around the small object, holding it while she snakes that arm about Harley. "Hmm...okay then. I'm glad you like it."

Yes...real smooth there, Isley. But it isn't often that Pam lets anyone get close, so she may be a little out of practice in being sincere.

"I...I promise to get you something later." Yes, Pam said that before and Harley said it wasn't needed...but Pam feels she owes Harley at least something. So, it is a stalling tactic while she tries to think of something. "So....guessing you come here a lot. I am not much of a bowler, hon. I have a feeling you are going to be so far out of my league."

Wait, does Pamela mean bowling or otherwise? Hard to say.

Harley Quinn has posed:
The hug is tight. Full of that exuberance and passion that drives Harley in all things. The heat of her body is felt rather noticeable against Ivy and she lingers in that hug for a time. Perhaps longer than would be proper. But when is Harley proper? "I more than like it." she assures Ivy.

Then a pause. She drawing back from the hug to look up at Ivy, hands still holding the other woman's shoulders on the sides, "Waiiiitttt...."

"You did a pun.." And she makes a nasty little look at it, "It's so horrible but at the same time so good. I am real proud of you." whether Pam means bowling or anything else it's entirely glossed over by Harley. Or maybe she simply doesn't want any bad thoughts to invade Ivy's mind.

It's all reinforced in how she leans forward for a kiss, getting up on her tiptoes to find her lips, "We are on a league of our own, babe.."

Pamela Isley has posed:
Harley's hug is tight. Pam's? Not so much. But that is the drawbacks with one-armed hugging. The lingering is not really noticed. Or, if it was, it was not brought up. Perhaps Ivy liked it. She certainly didn't push away, so that must be the case.

Oh, but then Harley regards Pamela with a look. A dawning of realization, which is almost comical, but serves to only confuse Ivy. Which, with Harley, seems to be a constant occurrence. Oh, then accused with that most heinous of crimes...pun delivery. "I did a pun?"

The face seems to be perfectly straight. That perplexed look has not slipped. "I said a pun? I didn't realize it." And that line might be honest, if not for the barely perceptible smirk that flutters like a ghost upon those lips of hers. "Must have been accidental."

Right....sure it was. Just like Harley is dropping pop culture references to baseball movies. Well...there are balls involved. Guess that counts.

And Harley finds Pamela. Or, more precisely, those smirking lips, which get silenced with a kiss. It is only the second time...and yet, there is little hesitation. Perhaps Pamela has come to expect the unexpected with her partner.

Which, with Harley, is always the best course of action.
