Monet St. Croix is entering into the library, pausing a momet to check the aura of the woman. Confirming with the slight differences that it is Kwannon rather than Elizabeth. "You appear distracted. Is everything all right?" SHe would offer, after reminding herself of this 'empathy' thing she was supposed to show.

Monet St. Croix would shrug, "The library is a public area. I find it rather peaceful. most of the students don't come here and those that do are too terrified of Xi'An to put up any sort of a hassle. And those in the Gardens can occasionally get somewhat too.. Invigorated. I appreciate the silence here."

She cocks her head and moves to put the book she grabbed away after all she's talking to monet now and to have th ebook in hand would be rude

Monet St. Croix would nod over at Kannon, "So, why then are you seeking to collect yourself? Are you still having thoughts on your.. Circumstance?" Others might be subtler and politer in their inquiries, but MOnet is alas not one of them. So she makes her inquiry, which probably does not help much
