Roberto da Costa has posed:
It's late afternoon on a weekend afternoon and Roberto is seated on the patio of his Brownston, with his best friend, they're just finished the tour and left the full smoking station/outdoor kitchen for last. The patio has an outdoor heater going to take the chill out of the air. "Sorry, she couldn't be here Sam. Our schedules make it tough to coordinate, the perils of lving that jetset lifestyle. How did coming out to the NYPD go? There's always room on my security team."

Samuel Guthrie has posed:
Sam Guthrie says, "It is going pretty ok, Ah have had a few folks give me some grief, but Ah think being open about being a mutant and now that Ah am living in Bushwick, it is helping folks, maybe even giving some young folks hope that they can grow up to be more.""

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods slowly, considering, "I could see that, you have the same All-American farm boy charm Cap does, the kind of face that looks good on a poster." He flashes a grin, "Thee's always haters, trust me, you can't be as awesome as us without some detractors no matter how hard you try. I'm glad your settling in to Bushwick, I needed to get out of there for the same reason, live like a real person. Living in the X-Corp penthouse was convenient but it meant I was always working, always available. I needed to make some space, for the business and for myself. That's we relocated the hq to Manhattan. It was to much of a Mutants only vibe in Bushwick, and that will always be our roots but as we expand, as we grow we need to be more." Berto shrugs, "Like you, being part of the community, we're making that community broader... but their lucky to have you. X-Corps has been pushing for representation on the city services in the neighborhood. We need good people who understand the community."

Samuel Guthrie has posed:
Sam Guthrie nods, a bit and was talking to a girl the other day Ah suggested she contact you guys, she was looking for some help. Hope she was able to get in contact with the right folks. Ah don't know about the Cap charm, Ah just try to do whats right. And before ya ask don't go buying my building, Ah am trying to make the guy who owns it now put money into it. Ah have been helping folks get it in better shape,

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto Da Costa frowns, "I do as well, but I haven't heard from her. I will keep my eye out, let my team know. See, that's what I mean. That understated, aww-shucks quality." Berto laughs and holds up his hands, "I can't help it if that building is a solid investment but I won't interfere. We've been working on some housing on the other side of Bushwick, trying to create affordable housing in this city is almost as bad as Rio... almost.

Samuel Guthrie has posed:
Sam Guthrie nods his head a bit and says "Ah will admit it was a enjoyable moment, when the guy realized his new tenant was a police officer. Honestly might have ya have ya guys look into him see if he is slum lording other places.

Roberto da Costa has posed:
Roberto Da Costa grins, "That's my strategic thinker, my team is your team. Just let me know and we'll have a whole dossier in under a week."
