A Question for Tim

Location:	Level 4 - Recreation - The Roost
Synopsis:	Tim and Bart catch up.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen has been out from the roost a lot, even considering getting a place of his own, just not sure where he wants to live yet, but planning on keeping the place here too. He is sitting here now, eating from a box of chicken tenders, sharing one with the black kitten Mr Murder Mittens.

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim comes into the rec room, rather dirty and grimy, with various stains on his costume and skin. Some of those stains could be blood, and probably are. He collapses into a beanbag with a sigh and waves to his friend. "Hey Bart. How you doing?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks over and says "Hey Rob you ok?" He will zoom across the room and gets a first aid kit "Need checked out?" He asks, from a few feet away from Tim, not invading his personal space, but offering him help if he needs it.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Nah," Tim replies with a tired exhale. "Just a gang dustup on the way here. Nothing a an hour in the shower won't cure." He rolls his shoulders, working some cramping out. "But, everything's chill with you? Nothing major going on?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen makes a soso motion "Well, I thinking about getting a place of my own, there is a girl I am seeing and can't really bring her back here. She knows I have powers and all, but not taking a chance with others." He hmms and says "Speaking of that, I was wondering, if I could bring my cousin over to hang out, she is one of the titans, not sure if you have met her yet.

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim chuckles a bit as Bart starts talking about girls. znever thought this subject would ever be discussed between them..."Well, good for you. If you're looking for a place of your own, I can get you in touch with some realtors. Thinkng of Gotham or some other city? And by cousin, I'm guessing you're talking about another speedster? And sure, have her come by sometime."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "Yea, Wally's daughter from the future." He tells the other young man about who he is talking about "And I aint decided for sure yet, about where. I am thinking probably someplace, else, cause I can always crash here, use a P O Box for address like I do not for the job. " He will move back to eat another wing catching MMM before the car climbs into the container with the tenders, but does give the cat another chicken tender "Last one Mr MM." He tells the cat, like it does not have him wrapped around his paw. "I also gotta figure out if I am going to tell my cousin, I know the guy she likes is a super hero too."

Tim Drake has posed:
"Imagine that," Tim says with a chuckle. He stretches out for a bit. What is it with all the ten drama within 'the biz'? "Well, if she doesn't know yet, it's not exactly cool to out another cape, you know? Besides, if she's Wally's daughter, she'll figure it out soon enough. Wally's a decent detective himself, so I'm sure speed isn't the only thing he passed onto her."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen says, "Well they both go to Happy Harbor, and I played Dungeons and Dragons with the guy she likes, when I was dating his sister when I went to school there." He admits. Irie is a smart cookie, still learning some things but a good kid."

Tim Drake has posed:
:nods. "Then let her find out on her own. Of course, you can always use the guy to tell her. But I really don't see why they need to divulge hero stuff to each other unless they're getting super serious."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods a bit and says "True true, pretty sure she will let her speed slip, I mean it can be really hard not to, and she aint got a Max to stress it like I did, even if I resented it for him, when I was her age.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Maybe it's time to repay Max?" Tim asks with an arched eyebrow. "I remember how much you hated the constraints Max put on you and how much you complained about them. But now, you sort of appreciate them and see thewisdom in them. So, how about playing the mentor to your cousin? Help her get used to this time." Tim looks at Bart with an evaluating eye. "Gotta say, buddy, you really have grown since you popped into our lives. It's a good look on you, maturity."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shrugs a bit and says "I try to make sure it does not show to much." He jokes, but adds "I have been trying some with her, and with another speedster who works part time with the Titans." He gets one of the cat toys that is on a stick and a string, so he can play with the kitten as they talk. "I think the hole going to college and working at the zoo is helping, I mean specially with the zoo, I am getting used to taking care of things.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Well, you're doing a great job with MurderMittens," Tim replies with a nod. "And hey, just becasue you're maturing, doesn't mean you have to let go of the funstuff and be all seriuos all the time. It just means you know there's a time to be serious, and a time to be, well...you. I definately don't want to see the old Bart gone for good. I'm just kind of happy that there's a new side to you as well, that's all."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen chuckles a bit and says "Well least I have time for both, even more so than most." He admits. "The zoo has me a lot more to do and as I get my degree in vet medicine will be more. The nice thing about the Zoo, is if I need to, I can have all the animals cleaned and happy and head out to do the hero thing, with none knowing since they let me work alone.

Tim Drake has posed:
There's an intinctual urge for Tim to give a warning about security cameras, but he bites it back down. Dodn't he just tell Bart he was impressed with his firend's seriousness and maturity? Instead, he says, "Well, whenever you decide on a city, let me know. I can pretty much get you a great realtor anywhere in the States. Come to think of it," he chuckles. "I can probably get you a great realtor anywhere besides Antarctica."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen chuckles and nods his head a bit and says "I am thinking about something middle of the country or maybe even the other coast. I want to find something decent but not to expensive. Right now I use recycling for spending cash, but if I do the same city more than once a month, people who need the money for more serious stuff won't be able to get the money.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Hmmmmm...." Tim ponders while tapping his chin. "I know it's not the same as the zoo, but I could see if we have any openings in WayneTech R&D. We do have a small animal facility for medical tests, cancer trials and other desieases before going into human testing. It's got to be better pay and you'd have a buddy that can cover for you when you need it."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shakes his head and says "I don't think I could do it to the animals, I don't like seeing animals in small cages, I still end up buying the chickens at the dumpling shot a few times a week, and dropping them off at a farm up state.

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim nods. "Just a thought," he replies. "But, I'll still check with Bruce to see if we have any openings in a Veterenary Sciences division. Developing pet foods and medication. At least the cages are a little more spacious there, if you're interested."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen hmms and says "I could look into it, It might be something I would do, still in my first year at Empire state. So long as it won't look to fishy.

Tim Drake has posed:
"A veterenary student working for a veterenary sciences company?" Tim remarks with a smirk. "Nah, you'd be golden. Wouldn't raise any eyebrows at all. zI'll check with Bruce and let you know where to apply if there's an opening."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "May keep both it and the zoo, I enjoy the zoo job, and getting to see the animals. Snuck Phoebe in one night to meet Geoffry the Giraffe when she needed something to help cheer her up.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Phoebe doing okay?" Tim asks and tilts his head slightly. "That whole kidnapping scheme had to be rough on her, poor thing." Tim sighs. "I just glad she got back to her mom. Doesn't matter if she was adopted, that's her real mom."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods his head, and says "Yea, she seems to be getting back into the swing of things pretty well, and her mom is recovering pretty good too." He tells his friend.

Tim Drake has posed:
Tim nods, looking a bit better with that news. "Good. And tell her she's always welcome around here." Tim smirks and adds, "Or, you could always bring her by to use the rec room. Of course, it's not the most romantic of dates..."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "I think she has been working out down there alot while we are out and about.

Tim Drake has posed:
"Good," Tim says with a smile. He stands up from the beanbag brushing off his costume. "Okay, I'm gonna hit the showers now. Then change costume and go abck out again. Yay." He smiles and laughs, shking his head. "You take cre, Bart. Talk to you later."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods to the other man "Well if ya need me I will be out asap, been working on more ways to help without being seen."
