- A city has a story all its own, even if it is a composite of the stories of its people. The small moments can have as much of an impact on this story as the larger tales.
- This minor plot is a collection of small scenes rather than a cohesive storyline. They may not be planned events. They won't involve large numbers of players, instead it'll be one-on-one (occasionally two players plus me as a storyteller) telling stories of events like muggings, crimes being committed, etc. The players staring in the scenes will be encouraged to post about these ICly to allow other players to investigate/scene with them if desired. It should be a blast!
