Profile
After the death of her father Violet was sent away to Gather House. A boarding school where the students were experimented on. After escaping Violet vowed to hunt down everyone responsible using the alias Mother Panic. Using her families money to fund her vigilante exploits.
Timeline
Timeline:
2000 - 2nd child born to Rebecca & Martin Paige. Violet lived a happy childhood for most of her early years.
2007 - Her Mothers gift began to become unreliable causing a downward turn in the family fortunes.
Mid 2008 - Killed her Father after overhearing a plan to sell a member of her family to a 'family friend'.
Late 2008 - Sent to Gather House by her Brother Simon. Where each one of their classrooms was to be a garden where tomorrow blooms.
Late 2008 - Extensive program of mental & physical conditioning, training and education began that anyone reasonable would call torture. Lasting for the best part of a decade.
2016 - Having excelled in her classes for many years Violet finally made her first attempt to escape after getting badly beaten for trying to protect her friend. Her friend, unable to break her conditioning, betrayed her and caused the escape attempt to fail.
2017 - Extensive illegal cybernetic modification was carried out by the scientists working for Gather House.
2018 - Violet broke free from her conditioning and escaped from Gather House. The school burnt to the ground and almost all of the staff and students died. All evidence of the crimes commited there were destroyed.
Mid 2019 - Using her family trust fund Violet began improving her cybernetic implants using the help of black market medical practitioners.
2020 - After spending several months in recovery from the implant surgery Violet began training herself for revenge. Paying for training in a variety of useful skills and stockpiling advanced equipment.
2022- With her preparations complete Violet has begun her search for vigilante justice against all the people who wronged her. She'll make everyone behind her stay at Gather House pay.

Personality
Broken Heart of Gold:
For all that she pretends she doesn't give a shit about anyone or anything Violet still cares about the world around her. Especially with regard to people who have helped her in the past or those who are unable to look after themselves.
Driven:
Violet has been through things that would destroy most people. She's been taken apart both physically and mentally and had to put herself back together again. She has a great deal of mental fortitude and willpower for a women her age. And once she sets her mind on something it's almost impossible to talk her out of it.
Duplicitous:
Living a double life requires a certain level of willingness to lie to everyone around you. Violet lies habitually to those around her. Sometimes for their protection, sometimes for her own and others just because it's easier than telling someone the truth.
Hedonist:
Drink, drugs and sex are all great ways to block out trauma. At least for a little while. And while the party girl image she has is partly an act it's also a coping mechanism for living with the events which haunt her.
Volatile:
Violet Paige doesn't have time for other peoples shit. Be it an overly persistant journalist, a pushy fan or a supervillain it doesn't take much to make her snap. And when she does it's generally with an outburst of some sort. Often violent.

Powers
Black Market Cybernetics:
Violet's body has been enhanced by highly illegal and unethical cybernetics. They boost her strength and durability beyond the Human limit. Violet can punch through a brick or concrete wall, rip steel cables with her bare hands, leap a street sized gap between buildings and withstand blows that would kill a normal person. Although her durability enhacements are largely focused on impact damage and she is still vulnerable to stabbing and piercing attacks. Note that many of these feats also causes harm to her body. For example punching through a wall will cause injuries to the soft tissue on her hands.
Skills
Brawler:
The Gather House trained Violet extensively in martial arts (mostly boxing, MMA & fencing). She's not a world class fighter, mostly relying on her enhanced physical abilities for an edge, but is an experienced fighter for her age. Having been trained intensively from childhood.
Detective:
Violet has largely self taught herself detective skills to better hunt down the people responsible for her traumatic upbringing. Using a mix of traditional PI techniques mixed with above average computer skills and a lot of social media savy.
Free Climber:
When not using her bike to get around Violet uses her enhanced physical abilities and her suits durable gloves to get around. Leaping between buildings, grabbing on to small handholds and super strength propelling herself up a surface. She uses a variety of techniques to traverse the Gotham skyline.
Party Girl:
Violet Paige knows how to be seen and where to be seen to maximise or minimalise her public exposure. She's had to learn how to dodge the press, fans and stalkers. And can easily pick out individuals at a party who she can obtain illicit substances from. She's also damn good at taking a selfie and telling a journalist from a fan.
Pilot:
Violet can pilot her sky bike with a fair degree of skill. Using it to rapidly get around while avoiding detection. (Note she has no other piloting training aside from the sky bike)
Resources
Mother Panic Suit:
Her supersuit is a pure white tight fitting armoured suit able to resist small arms bullets. It's equipped with additional armour plating and shock absorbance around her hands to allow super strength punches without causing injury to the wearer. The helmet has a display she can use to remove pilot her hover bike, night vision and short duration atmospheric filters. Along with two short range acid sprayers able to cut through small metal objects like handguns, locks or metal restraints.
Old Pike Hotel:
An outwardly crumbling historic Gotham hotel which, while believed abandoned by most in Gotham, secretly conceals Violets base of operations. Too run down to repair and too historic to demonlish it's been discreetly restored in part and now houses a small arboretum, surgical lab able to perform basic work on her cybernetics, a concealed hanger for her Sky Bike and a gym for training in.
Sky Bike:
Violet has a high speed sky bike which she can remotely summon for fast transport. Able to reach speeds of 140mph with excellent maneuverability.
Trust Fund:
Descended from the Paige Publishing dynasty Violets family are old money. With her mother unable to handle financial affairs most of the family wealth is controlled by her older brother. Violets share of the family fortune largely held in trust. Despite her family fortunes having seen a slow decline over the years the family is still worth in the high hundreds of millions of dollars. Although much of those funds are invested in long term projects like land deals. Even with limited access to her family fortune Violet is still able to buy just about anything she desires. Illegal cybernetics, advanced vehicles and high end protective armour.
Weaknesses
Black Market Cybernetics:
Violet's implants are highly experimental, very illegal and prone to wear & tear. Parts can break causing intense pain and need replacement with expensive surgery.
Celebutant:
Violet is widely known around Gotham with many believing her father died in a tragic hunting accident when she was young. And her expoits are often reported in national newspapers. Her tragic childhood and hedonist lifestyle making her a major draw for gossip columns and scandel sheets. It doesn't hurt that she's often embroiled in some sort of incident. Be it a stay in rehab, violent altercation with a journalist or just appearing on a TV talk show to say something vile.
Mother Panic:
Having a secret identity is tough. It means lying to the world, never being able to form close friendships or live normally and, as a vigilante, putting yourself in danger of imprisonment or worse if you get caught.
Revenge For Gather House:
After killing her father Violet ended up at a boarding school called Gather House where she was subjected to mental and physical torture. The people behind the Gather House, a group who call themselves 'The Collective', are still out there and Violet is obsessively driven to pursue them and get revenge.
Scars:
All of the work carried out on Violet has left it's mark on her body. From the neck down she's covered with surgical scars. Much like you'd expect to see on someone who had been in a serious accident and needed extensive reconstructive surgery.
Trauma:
Violet's life has largely been filled with horrible events. She finds it difficult to get close to people, to trust and is prone to drowning out her pain with narcotics & alcohol.
