Mona Lisa is a newt-like extraterrestrial humanoid from a planet called Salamandria, sent to earth on the hunt for intergalactic criminals. Armed with a laser sword, explosive shurikens, and morph-pads that can turn into various small weapons and other devices on her wrists and fingers, this honorable warrior has arrived to capture or exterminate foes without mercy... and protect her newfound friends in the process.

Timeline:
*2002: Hatched on Salamandria
*2017: Graduated from Salamandrian Air Academy
*2020: Promoted to Lieutenant in honor of her service in the Salamandrian Air Command, assigned to Commander G'Throkka for special operations training.
*2022: Assigned to her first long-term solo operation in hunting down the many extraterrestrial criminals that are suspected to have sought refuge on Earth, utilizing the codename of "Mona Lisa" as it is easier for earthlings to pronounce.

Personality
Affinity:
Mona Lisa loves to encounter people like her, people who love to fight and spar, people who have short tempers and a sense of honor and justice. She makes fast friends among these types.
Aggressive:
Mona Lisa is one to fight rather than talk if it is the simplest solution to a problem, especially if someone has proven to be an enemy. She has little patience for debate and her first impressions of someone are usually the last. It takes a patient hand to work around this, but one can prove themselves to her if they work for it.
Merciless:
Those without honor are not to be spared, and enemies who would die if left helpless in their current state will be ignored. Mona Lisa does not have a no-kill rule of any kind, and the harsh politics between her homeworld and nearby powers has evaporated her compassion towards foes.
Passionate:
Mona Lisa cares for her allies vehemently, and does not take kindly to them being threatened. Loyal to a fault, she would not betray her allies unless the entire world was at stake, and even then she would feel deeply ashamed of such a theoretical action.
Protective:
The salamandrians are protectors of the innocent, even if they can be ruthless towards enemies. She will do her best to protect civilians from harm and punish those who would hurt them, and will protect friends and loved ones with her life.

Mona Lisa is very fast, dexterous and flexible, able to dodge thrown weapons and close distance between foes with ease.
Super Strength:
Mona Lisa is strong, being able to pick up and throw armored humans with one arm and has been shown to be able to hold open the jaws of beasts several times her size.
Tail:
Mona's tail is thick and strong, and can be a surprising strike for those not used to fighting opponents with one. It can also be used to grab onto things as an additional limb.

Mona Lisa is accurate with both ship-mounted and hand-held weaponry, as well as thrown weapons.
Stealth:
As a special operative, Mona Lisa is trained in the art of stealth.
Swordsmanship:
Mona Lisa is very good with her weapon of choice, a sword she wields in one hand.
Tactician:
Mona Lisa has an innate awareness of the battlefield and the training to match, making her a superb on-the-fly tactician.
Resources
Armor:
Mona's astro-armor can protect her from both environmental hazards (with accompanying fishbowl helmet) and is good for a few blasts of kinetic or energy based projectiles... but seems only moderately protective against blades and other melee weapons.
Explosive Disks:
Mona's explosive bladed disks, sometimes referred to as explosive shurikens, can be set to explode on impact, on a delay, or remotely, embedding themselves into an object before exploding on command.
Galactic Contacts:
An intergalactic agent, Mona has limited access to contacts from other planets through the Salamandrian military, though intel her homeworld would have is mostly restricted to other intergalactic affairs.
Laser Sword:
Mona Lisa's laser sword is an energy weapon capable of slicing through most rock and common metals, though it can merely hold its own against Vibranium, Adamantium and other exotic, advanced or enchanted metals. In addition, it struggles to cut through overly thick metal, and will need quite a bit of time to melt its way through a vault door... if it doesn't just outright get stuck in such a thing.
Morphing Pads:
Morphing pads are small, silicone-looking pads on Mona's wrists and fingers that can transform into needed weapons and devices, such as blasters or extra blades in combat, or lockpicks and interface devices for espionage.
Starship:
Mona's starship is a relatively small, vaguely silverfish-shaped segmented ship with a carapace-like hull, a large circular cockpit, two manuvering fins low on each side, and a bubble gun turret on the lower front.
Tail Spikes:
Mona's armor has spikes on the tail, turning her tail into a lethal thagomizer.
Weaknesses
Appearance:
Mona Lisa can be stealthy when she needs to be, but as a prideful agent of Salamandria, she frequently isn't. As she very visibly isn't human, this can get her into trouble with those who would mistake her for a mutant, or simply those who don't cotton to freaks around these parts. She can also be very easily picked out in a crowd, given her appearance.
Culture:
The Salamandrian culture differs from many on earth. Notably, an offered hand (i.e. for a handshake) is a grave insult, known as the hand of combat, though ironically a fistbump is the preferred sign of union (specifically performed where the bottom of the fist, along the pinky, touch or rub). See also the entry for Honorable, as her people pride their honor.
Database:
Mona Lisa has a database on intergalactic criminals, but given the diverse nature of Earth's heroes and villains, her scanner is bound to mistake someone for someone else.
Gullible:
Mona Lisa's direct and forward way of thinking can lead her down the wrong path easily, especially when someone she doesn't know says things that seem to make sense at the time. She's a fish (or more accurately a newt) out of water on earth, so until she can get more experience on this planet, she can be easily fooled into thinking certain things are what they are not.
Honorable:
Her sense of honor can be exploited by certain individuals... as she is no fool, you either need to have power over her (i.e. a hostage) or be worthy of honorable combat in the first place to exploit this. For example, a common thug is rarely worthy of honorable combat, but a crime boss or a composed archvillain with a sense of flair? She might actually believe you're honorable too, and that she can trust your word... Though do note, when it comes to honor, intent is more important than wording.
