Bane has posed:
Bane and his team of mercinaries have actively lately. Not so coincidently there has been an uptick in disappearences. The police havent takn much notice yet because the people going missing or considered low priority. Homeless, drug dealers, street walkers, troubled youths being labled runaways, people no one misses. But to keep people off his tracks Bane has stepped up his mercinary work. If he's seen being busy with other things no one will notice what he's actually up to.

Tonight Bane and his men are running security for a a meeting between rival crime families. There had been a gang war raging between them for a while but they are looking to make peace to better do business in the city together.

Frank Castle has posed:
Frank and Microchip have a fairly good profile in the various factions in New York and in the various global underworlds. Locals don't like foreigners muscling in on their turf, so an out of character string of disappearing bodies? That gets some monitoring from Microchip.

It wasn't hard to track down the mercenaries... but it was only tonight that Bane was pinged as the boss of the group, and that got Frank's attention.

On this short notice, there was no way to trap the building proper before security was prepared, but he could at least setup a surveillance nest across the street with a sniper rifle and a grenade launcher. Some targets crossed off the list is better than nothing in the The War, after all. By the time the meeting is starting, Frank is already watching the gathering with shotgun microphones and a pair of electronic binoculars.

Bane has posed:
is sitting in the meeting with the bosses. Bored and uniterested into the discussion being had. this men are buzzing about the parimeter of the building. They are unaware of the punishers presence.

Frank Castle has posed:
When it becomes clear the meeting is well underway, the Punisher takes aim through a window with his M24, aims... and fires a silenced round through the windows at once of the bosses.

The shot is clearly through the window and shatters it as Frank does the headshot.

Bane has posed:
There is a splatter onto Bane as he gets up and shouts into the comms. "Find the shooter, now or else"

The mobsters are stunned confused and angry. "why are we paying you?"

"Quiet i will handle this" Bane storms out of the room. All the mercs are now on high alert.

Frank Castle has posed:
Anyone outside? They get a grenade launched at them. The explosion sends bodies flying... and anyone who tries to leave by the exit gets shot in the head shortly after by that same M24.

It's a killing zone.

Bane has posed:
Frank's barrage of grenades made him easier to spot thought the mercs were confused but the explosions Bane was not. And soon Bane is able to sneek behind The Punisher. "Enough of this who are you and why are you killing my men."

Frank Castle has posed:
As he turns around, Frank has has a glock pistol already at the ready aimed at Bane. On that rooftop, Bane can clearly see the trenchcoat and skull vest. If he follows the news at all, he knows this is the Punisher, "don't watch the news, asshole?"

Bane has posed:
"Ah I expected something different, more from the punisher. But you have cost me, with you lucky shot. I guess I must take it from you in flesh." Bane says cracking his knuckles.

"you may keep you guns if you'd like. But do make this interesting."
