Synopsis:	Megan and Susan catch up after a long absence

Megan Gwynn has posed:
It's been a long time, and a lot has happened since the last time they met. Megan was eager however, to tell her everything she's been up to since forever,band so she texted her and asked her to meet her at the burger joint, which is supposed to have good burgers, although she hasn't really checked out. Until now. Here goes nothing! At least the line up is not too long as she waits to order..

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan's hair is growing back in nicely, nearly shoulder-length, now. She's wearing some early-fall clothing, despite the fact that it's still late summer. She notices Megan quickly and waves, joining her and going for a hug.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn smiles and waves to Susan when she sees her. And she looks pretty much the same, wearing a cute pink tank top and denim shirts, her shoulder length pink Hah r maybe streaked with more black than usual. But hey, at least she doesn't have horns and claws or anything. Any more. "Susan! How you been? Hope you're hungry, this place is supposed to be goood.."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    "Peter used to take me here," Susan says with a nod. "Decent burgers, yeah." She shoves her hands in her pockets. "Been a while. Last time I saw you was...was it when we went swimming? Shopping? I can't remember. It's all a blur, lately."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn nods and smiles, "Ooh, are you and him still together? I never got to meet him.." she steps up to the counter and hmms, peering at the menu choices, "What do you want? I can but."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    "No," Susan says, shaking her head. "One of his...acquaintences...got into a fight with me. Peter's got a lot of people who don't like him. Bullies or whatever. Anyway, we broke it off for my safety." She orders and goes through that whole process with Megan, getting her burger and letting Megan pay as offered. When they're at a booth, Susan says, "So, what about you? It sounded like you've got a lot of news in the texts you sent me."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks, "What, really?" she pouts, "That real,y sucks, I'm so sorry.." she wants to say more, but decides to let it drop, no need to drag it out. "Me? Oh, I recently joined JLDark and I'm learning more about myself, but..recently I was..Infected by an ancient god who tried to convince me to turn on my friends and..lIts a whole weird thing.." she waves a distracted hand and steps up to the counter to order her burger kit. "And make that two!"

While waiting for theur meals, she scans the tables and points, "There's a nice cozy nook in the corner we can chat. Shall we? Oh I have so much to tell you."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan lets Megan pick the side she wants, then sits across from her. "Okay, then," she says, now that they've got about 10% privacy. "Tell me everything!"

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn nods and smiles, paying the cashier before grabbing the tray and heading to the back. "Hmm, well like I said, I was possessed, no, influenced by an evil god and turned against my friends. Went all demonic and stuff too, but Jon and Chas managed to get it out of me so I'm okay now...Oh, and, I'm..Seeing someine now.." she blushes and giggles, pausing dramatically to take a long slow bite of her burger.

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan smiles weakly. She looks at the burger in front of her. "Yeah," she says. She makes herself smile and looks back up at Megan. "Good for you. I'm happy for you." She looks back down at her burger. Picking it up, she forces herself to take a bite.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn pouts, "Heeey, why so glum? Do you miss Peter? Cuz that's a pretty crummy reason fir dropping you. Not like he can't protect you, or you can't protect yourself. Want me to talk to him?"

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan smiles weakly. "No," she says. "Thank you, but no." She looks at her burger with the singular bite taken out of it. "I'm just Belle, looking for her Beast." She shakes her head. "Hey, this is supposed to be about you," she manages. "Tell me about your guy." She then stuffs a huge bite of burger into her mouth to shut herself up.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn pouts, reaching over to take her hands, to give them a little squeeze. "Geez, I'm sorry, I hope you find your Prince, cuz you deserve more than a beast.." she sighs, "Well darn, now I feel really bad about my own love life.." she hesitates to talk more about him now, seemingly more concerned about Susan. "Um..,We'll, his name is Thomas, and...Well he's better known as ex Villain Catman, but he does t do bad stuff anymore.."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan lets out a singular laugh. "HA!" She shakes her head. "Okay, I know Thomas. Well, we've met. Small world, huh?" She does smile, though. "You know what always bothered me about that movie? I spent this whole time getting to know Beast and wanting them to fall in love. Then at the end, he turns into some doofy looking French dude." She takes another bite of her burger.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks, "Oh, you met him? Hehe, what did you think? I know he's got some sort of rep for being a major flirt..But he really is a nice guy..Really!" as for beauty and the beat she just blinks, "Huh, but isn't that the point, that she loved him for what's within, not for his beastly nature?" she giggles, "Although he really did look better as the beast."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan gestures toward Megan and swallows. "Right?" she says. She clears her throat. "Anyway, Peter's the only human guy I've ever really had a crush on. We broke up a while ago. The pain's less, now, but I'm starting to feel very lonely." She looks at Megan and continues, "I wasn't exaggerating at how happy I am for you. Finding someone to love is a valuable thing in this world. All the princesses do it."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn blushes a bit, "Meep, love? I guess, I'm still sorting out my feelings for him..No..I think I...Love him, but..Saying it out loud..Ehehe..." she laughs more nervously, "He says he loves me all the time, it's just, he makes it seem so casual, he's Soo sweet, he's been Soo supportive wuth me going nuts with that crazy god in me, but...!"

She oeers at her, taking a long sip of pink soda, pondering. "Okay, but still, I know what lonely feels like, I've been single for a long time, and never really made any close connections to anyone in general, Heey maybe we should check out that fall festival together, in town. Might be fun, might meet some people.."

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan smiles. "Megan, it's just good to reconnect with you. You don't gotta find a monster boy to hook me up with. Just hanging out is helping a lot." She reaches out and puts her hand on Megan's, giving the other girl a smile. Aaaaand then she notices she's just COVERED finger to finger in burger grease. "Oh, geez!" she says. "Sorry!" She makes quick use of all the napkins on her side of the table.

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn pouts a bit, but takes her hands, grease and all, smiling faintly and nods, "Then I'm glad I could help, in some small way. Loneliness sucks..And don't worry about it, it's just grease. Really.l" she shrugs, not even bothering to clean her hands. She's more concerned about her friend right now. "Either way, a nice light festival might be fun, no?"

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan smiles. "Yeah," she says. "Honestly, with all the monster hunting I do, looking for my Beast isn't even a priority. I'd love to go with you to a festival. It sounds fun."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn giggles and nods, "It'll be fun! We can dress up and dance and listen to music and eat good food..Happy Harbour is a really nice pls e, it's so bright and cheerful.." she grins, giving her hand anither squeeze before working on her burger again, "Then it's decided, I can't wait! oooh I'll have to bring Thomas, it's gonna be great!"

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    "Yeah, that's a thing you can do," Susan says. "I'm not sure what he'll think about seeing me, now. I've been through some changes since we last met."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn arches a curious brow at that. "Ohh really? You mean, with your hair growing out?" she smiles, "You look really great by the way. Are you still learning magic? Who was it who was teaching you, Dr Strange or..?" it's been a while really.

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    "It's not really the same magic as he uses," Susan says. She shrugs. "I'm just more at one with the universe than others think is possible." She smiles. "It's actually very useful when I don't want to be seen."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn smiles, "That sounds really cool. You're that in touch with yourself and your powers? I wish I could be..I feel like I let a lot of people down, especially Thomas, when I lost control and attacked a lot of people, but mostly I hate myself for attacking him..I should have been able to control myself. But it's over now I suppose, and my friend Balm has been helping me out from time to time. Actually I've learned a lot from her, and she said she wasn't the person to learn from." she laughs, shaking g her head.

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan takes a breath and lets it out. "I was...not myself...for a long time. I lost a decade in there to controlling things." She looks at Megan. "If you want help getting in touch with yourself, I will help you as best I can."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn smiles, "It's okay, I'm myself now, Thomas has been helping a lot. But, it would be good to learn to hone in with my magic more, to be more in touch within and with the universe.." she shivers, "I know that the potential to be that nightmarish creature is in me, even without something negative influencing me, so yeah, I could use whatever help I can get. Thanks for that." she arches a brow at her,"Soo what happened to you?"

Susan Sullivan has posed:
    Susan considers how best to answer. "Well," she says. "I guess I lost my way. I've been delving pretty deeply into hunting the monsters, I guess I haven't been embracing my princess as much as I should have been." She shrugs. "Losing a prince, charming or not, hurts."

Megan Gwynn has posed:
Megan Gwynn sighs, giving her hand a squeeze, "I get it, life can be rough, I know I've been wandering about aimlessly for the past couple of years. But you'll figure it out and maybe I can help too. I'll try to be around more. So we can help each other!" she smiles at her, taking another bite of her burger. Yeah, things will be better soon..
